Welcome to the MovieJoy App ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the MovieJoy App (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms represent a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and MovieJoy App regarding your use of the application. The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license.

2. App Functionality and Third-Party Data

MovieJoy App is designed to help users discover movies and television shows, manage their watchlists, and view details about entertainment content. To provide this functionality, the App relies on data from third-party services:

• The Movie Database (TMDB): This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. All movie data, images, ratings, and descriptions provided within the App are sourced from TMDB. We do not claim ownership of this content, nor can we guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for its intended personal and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers and networks used to make the App available.
• Use the App to distribute spam, malware, or other malicious content.

4. Apple Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the App is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, nor are they responsible for any warranties, maintenance, or support services. 5. Advertisements

The App is provided for free and is currently supported by advertisements served by third-party providers, such as Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that these advertisements may be displayed while you use the application.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything you see or read in the App—excluding the movie data provided by TMDB—is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify our original software, design, text, or graphics without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED OR BE ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; OR (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE APP.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate that changes have been made by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
