By downloading or using this app, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or alter any part of the app, its trademarks, or its source code. Additionally, you must not attempt to translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative versions of the app. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property associated with the app remain the property of the company.

We are committed to ensuring the app remains as functional and efficient as possible. However, we reserve the right to modify the app or introduce charges for its services at any time. If any charges apply, we will clearly communicate them in advance.

Data Storage and Security

The Feeltracker app stores and syncs data via Apple’s iCloud service, ensuring access across your devices. The company does not have access to this data. You can manage iCloud storage settings through your device. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the app. We strongly discourage jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it can expose your phone to security threats and may impact the app’s functionality.

Third-Party Services

This app uses third-party services, each with its own Terms and Conditions. Below are links to the policies of these providers:

  • Adapty
  • Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Firebase Crashlytics

Limitations of Liability

Some app functions require an active internet connection. Whether using Wi-Fi or mobile data, the company is not responsible for any functionality issues caused by a lack of connectivity.

If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile carrier’s terms will apply. You may incur data charges, including roaming fees, depending on your mobile plan. By using the app, you accept full responsibility for any charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have obtained permission from the account holder.

Additionally, the company is not responsible for any issues arising from how you use the app. For example, if your device runs out of battery and you cannot access the service, we are not liable.

While we strive to keep the app up-to-date and accurate, we rely on third-party sources for some functionalities. The company is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss caused by reliance on the app’s features.

App Updates and Termination

We may periodically update the app to improve functionality or compatibility with new system requirements. You agree to install updates when they become available. However, we do not guarantee ongoing support for all devices or iOS versions.

At any time, we may choose to discontinue the app without prior notice. If we do, (a) your rights under these terms will end, and (b) you must stop using and delete the app from your device.
