By using the ChainZap Telegram bot, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Purpose of the Service

ChainZap is a data observation tool that displays publicly available blockchain information related to wallets, addresses, or smart contract addresses.

The Service is designed to present observable on-chain data in a clear, neutral snapshot format, which users may choose to use before irreversible actions, such as sending cryptocurrency.

ChainZap does not provide advice, recommendations, or conclusions.

2. What ChainZap Provides

ChainZap may:

• Retrieve and display publicly available blockchain data

• Analyze on-chain activity to extract observable signals and factual patterns

• Present such data with descriptive, non-interpretive explanations

• Generate a timestamped snapshot of the observed data

• Allow voluntary sharing of snapshots in Telegram chats

All outputs represent data as observed at a specific moment in time.

3. What ChainZap Does NOT Do

ChainZap does not:

• Provide financial, legal, or investment advice

• Assess or label risk, safety, legitimacy, or intent

• Predict outcomes or future events

• Guarantee accuracy, completeness, or usefulness

• Verify wallet ownership or identity

• Verify user identity or perform KYC/AML checks

• Participate in, execute, coordinate, or monitor transactions

• Hold, transfer, or custody any funds

Any decision made after viewing ChainZap data is entirely the user’s responsibility.

4. No Reliance

You acknowledge and agree that:

• ChainZap outputs are informational only

• The Service is not a substitute for your own judgment or due diligence

• The absence of certain data or observable signals does not imply safety, legitimacy, or trustworthiness

ChainZap assumes no responsibility for actions taken or not taken based on its outputs.

5. Snapshot Sharing

If you choose to share a snapshot:

• Sharing is entirely voluntary

• Once shared in a Telegram chat or on another platform, the snapshot may become visible to third parties

• ChainZap does not control how shared snapshots are interpreted, forwarded, or reused

You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from snapshot sharing.

6. Data & Privacy

ChainZap processes publicly available blockchain data.

The Service does not require wallet connection, signing, or authentication.

Any limited data processing is governed by the separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available via the /privacy command in the bot.

7. Age Requirement

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or have parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law).

8. Service Availability

ChainZap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, text, design elements, and software associated with ChainZap are the intellectual property of the Service owner, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service beyond its intended purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ChainZap shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including financial loss

• ChainZap is not responsible for transactions, disputes, or outcomes involving third parties

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the Telegram bot or user interface.

Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
