Terms of Use — TV Remote

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TV Remote mobile application (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the Application

TV Remote is designed to allow users to control compatible smart TVs and streaming devices using Bluetooth and local Wi-Fi connections.

You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws.

The App requires device permissions (e.g., Bluetooth and Local Network) to function properly. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your system settings, though doing so may limit certain features.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software components of the App are owned or licensed by the developer and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, decompile, resell, or redistribute any part of the App without written permission.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions to unlock additional features.

All payments and subscription management are handled by Apple App Store under the terms of your Apple ID account.

We do not process or store any payment information directly.

Prices and availability of premium features may change without notice. Any changes will not affect an already active subscription period.

4. Refunds

All refund requests are processed by Apple in accordance with App Store refund policies.

We do not issue refunds directly.

To assist Apple in verifying refund eligibility, we may securely share limited, anonymized technical data (such as time since installation, general usage duration, anonymous account or device identifiers, and transaction details).

No personally identifiable information is included.

This data is used exclusively for refund verification and compliance with App Store requirements.

5. Data and Privacy

We do not collect or store any personally identifiable data.

Bluetooth and network data are used only locally to connect with your TV or compatible devices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We make no guarantee that the App will always function without interruption or that it will be compatible with every smart TV or device model.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, connection issues, or device malfunction.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time.

We may suspend or discontinue the App, or terminate your access, if necessary to comply with legal obligations or security requirements.

9. Updates

We may release updates, improvements, or new features to the App.

By continuing to use the App after an update, you agree to the modified version of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
