1. General Provisions By using the doSimple Telegram bot (hereinafter referred to as the "Bot" or "Service"), you automatically agree to the terms of this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please stop using the Service immediately.

2. Service Description doSimple Bot is an information content aggregator that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to collect, filter, and generate concise summaries from public Telegram channels selected by the user.

3. Disclaimer The Service is provided on an "As Is" basis.

AI Specifics: Artificial Intelligence can make mistakes, distort facts ("hallucinate"), or omit details. The Bot's administration does not guarantee 100% accuracy of the provided summaries.

Not Financial Advice: Any information regarding investments, cryptocurrencies, or markets obtained through the Bot is strictly for informational purposes. We are not responsible for your trading or financial decisions.

Content Responsibility: The Bot is not the author of the original texts. All responsibility for the source content lies with the original authors.

4. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Payment

The Service provides a free trial period, after which access to advanced features is available via a subscription (Pro or Group Pro plans).

Payment for the Service is made exclusively using the internal Telegram Stars currency and the Crypto Pay cryptocurrency gateway. The Service does not process fiat payments or request bank card details.

Refund Policy: We offer a partial refund guarantee. You can request an 80% refund of the paid amount by contacting customer support within the first 3 (three) days from the subscription activation date.

A 20% retention fee is applied to cover non-refundable transaction gateway fees and server resources (AI API) that have already been consumed.

After 3 days from the time of payment, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

5. User Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automated scripts to scrape and resell data from the Bot.
• Using the Bot to process and distribute illegal content.
• Intentionally overloading the Bot's servers with spam requests.

In case of rule violations, the Administration reserves the right to block your access to the Bot without issuing a refund.

6. Privacy Policy

1. What Data We Collect: To ensure the Bot operates properly, we automatically receive only basic information from your Telegram profile: your Telegram ID, public username, and selected interface language. We also store your subscription history (billing plans and their expiration dates).
2. How We Use the Information: The collected data is used exclusively to provide Bot services: sending personalized digests, checking plan limits, and providing technical support. We do not analyze your personal chats.
3. Financial Data: doSimple Bot does not request, process, or store your bank card details or private keys to crypto wallets. All transactions are securely processed on the side of the official Telegram infrastructure (Telegram Stars) and the independent Crypto Pay gateway.
4. Data Protection and Transfer: We apply modern technical measures (including containerization and database security) to prevent unauthorized access to your information. We strictly do not sell or share your data with third parties, marketing, or analytical agencies.
5. Data Management and Contacts: You have the right to request the deletion of your profile and associated information from our database at any time. For this, as well as for any other questions, please contact our support team: @dosimple_support.

7. Changes to Terms

The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this document. The most current version is always available at:
