1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PDF Scan & Convert Pro mobile application (“App”), provided by PDF Scan & Convert Pro (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App from the Apple App Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License and Access

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the App may require payment or a subscription. By purchasing a subscription through Apple In-App Purchases, you authorize periodic billing through your Apple account according to the terms of the subscription plan you select. You understand that subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5. Restrictions

You may not (i) copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App; (ii) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (iii) use the App in a way that competes with our business.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you scan or upload using the App. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and display such content as needed to provide and improve the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may include links to third-party websites and services. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
