Terms of Service for GoCartoon

Introduction

Welcome to GoCartoon ("App"). This Terms of Service ("Terms") governs your use of the GoCartoon mobile application operated by GoCartoon ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

GoCartoon is an iOS application that transforms ordinary photos into cartoon-style images. The App offers both free and premium features through subscription plans.

Free Features

• Basic photo-to-cartoon conversion
• Limited style selection
• Daily generation limit

Premium Features

• Unlimited cartoon image generation
• Access to all cartoon styles
• Ad-free experience

User Accounts and Registration

GoCartoon does not require user registration or account creation. All features can be accessed immediately after installing the App.

Acceptable Use

• You agree to use our App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the App

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the images you process through our App. We do not claim ownership of any images you upload or the resulting cartoon images generated by the App.

Subscriptions and Payments

Our App offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to their terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• No refunds will be granted for the unused portion of any subscription period

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

Governing Law
