2. Renting Numbers

• Private Use: Every number rented through @PrivatePhoneBot is assigned exclusively to the user for the duration of the rental period. Numbers are not shared between users.
• Rental Periods: Numbers can be rented for a minimum of 28 days, with the option to extend the rental for any required period. The rental renews automatically every 28 days unless disabled in the number’s settings prior to the next billing cycle.
• Cost and Billing: Charges for rented numbers are automatically deducted from your bot balance every 28 days. Users must ensure sufficient balance to avoid service interruptions.

3. Refund Policy

• Non-Refundable Purchases: Refunds are not provided for numbers that fail to receive OTP codes during online registration. Users are encouraged to test numbers thoroughly before completing the purchase.
• Testing Numbers: In some cases, users may need to test multiple numbers (2-5) to find one that works with specific online platforms. It is the user’s responsibility to verify compatibility.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only issued if direct SMS from another phone number fails to deliver messages to the rented number. Refunds are not provided for any other issues, including compatibility with third-party services.

4. Payment Methods

• Accepted Payments: Users can top up their bot balance using cryptocurrency or credit/debit cards. Payment terms are subject to the policies of the payment provider used.
• Bot Balance: All transactions within @PrivatePhoneBot, including number rentals, are processed using the bot balance. Users must ensure their balance is sufficient to cover rental costs.

5. Service Limitations

• No OTP Guarantee: @PrivatePhoneBot does not guarantee that rented numbers will work with specific online platforms for OTP purposes. Users are advised to test numbers before purchase.
• Platform Compatibility: The ability to receive OTPs or other messages may depend on the chosen number, the online platform, and other technical factors. Users are responsible for ensuring the selected number meets their needs.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• Data Privacy: All data associated with rented numbers is private and accessible only to the renter during the active rental period.
• Data Deletion: After the rental period ends and the number is deactivated, all associated data is permanently deleted after 30 days. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Users are strictly prohibited from using @PrivatePhoneBot for illegal activities, spam, fraud, or any other unauthorized purposes. Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the user’s account without notice.

8. Disclaimer

• Liability: @PrivatePhoneBot is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of rented numbers on third-party platforms. Users assume full responsibility for adhering to the terms and conditions of the platforms they interact with.
• Service Availability: While we strive to provide reliable service, @PrivatePhoneBot cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to rented numbers due to factors beyond our control, such as technical issues or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.

Privacy Policy

2. Data Usage

• Users remain anonymous while using the service. No personal information is stored or shared beyond what is required for payment processing and service delivery.
