1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms govern the use of the Rolet AI platform (the "Service"), including the creation/interactions with AI characters/scenarios and image generation. The Service is provided via a Telegram bot with a web interface, and is also subject to Telegram’s policies.
1.2. By using the Service, you agree to all provisions, including future updates. Users are responsible for monitoring changes. Continued use after updates are published constitutes acceptance. Additionally, users agree to comply with the Community Guidelines which form an integral part of these Terms.
1.3. Rolet AI acts as a distributor of third-party content and is not responsible for its accuracy or legal compliance.
1.4. The Service is provided "as is" — with no guarantees of functionality, compatibility, or error-free operation.
1.5. These Terms apply to all users, including browser-based clients and content creators.
2. User Requirements
2.1. Age Restriction: Users must be at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction).
2.2. Access:
2.2.1. Rolet AI reserves the right to block accounts without notice.
2.2.2. Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and actions taken under their account.
2.3. Prohibited Actions:
2.3.1. Violating laws (including copyright).
2.3.2. Using the Service to distribute malware or circumvent restrictions.
3. User Content and Conduct
3.1. Responsibility: Users are fully responsible for the content they create/request (text, images, etc.).
3.2. Restrictions:
3.2.1. Prohibited content includes:
3.2.1.1. Illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content
3.2.1.2. Impersonation of others
3.2.2. It is also forbidden to copy or resell parts of the Service without permission.
3.3. Moderation: Rolet AI reserves the right to remove any content that violates the rules without prior notice.
4. Zero Tolerance Policy for Illegal Content
4.1. Prohibited Content
Use of the Service to create, request, distribute, or otherwise engage with the following illegal or harmful content is strictly prohibited:
4.1.1. Child exploitation, including any form of child pornography or material causing harm to minors.
4.1.2. Illegal pornography of any kind.
4.1.3. Content promoting or facilitating:
a) violence,
b) human trafficking,
c) prostitution, or any other form of exploitation or illegal activity.
4.1.4. Any other content that violates local, national, or international laws and regulations.
4.2. Consequences
4.2.1. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the user’s account without prior notice.
4.2.2. Relevant user data and information about the violation may be reported to law enforcement authorities as required by law.
4.3. User Obligation
4.3.1. Users are required to promptly report any illegal or suspicious content encountered on the Service through the official Rolet AI Telegram support channel.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Rolet AI Rights:
5.1.1. Original platform content (excluding user content) is protected by copyright.
5.1.2. Sharing external links (to websites, social media, products, etc.) is prohibited.
5.1.3. Promotion of products, services, or any commercial activity is not allowed in any form.
5.2. User Rights:
AI-generated characters and content belong to the user, but grant Rolet AI a perpetual, global license for use (including commercialization).
5.3. Trademarks: Rolet AI logos and names may not be used without written permission.
5.4. DMCA: The procedure for filing copyright complaints is provided separately.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. Data Collected:
a) Telegram profile (username, name)
b) Chat history with AI
c) Telemetry (IP address, device info)
6.2. Data Use:
a) To improve the Service and provide support
b) Not shared with third parties, except:
i) When required for API operations
ii) When required by law
6.3. Content may be transmitted in unencrypted form.
7. Content Removal and Moderation
7.1. Grounds for Removal:
a) Violations of Community Guidelines
b) Intellectual property complaints
c) Illegal or harmful content
7.2. Process:
a) Complaints are reviewed within 24 hours
b) Repeat violations may lead to account suspension
8. Liability and Limitations
8.1. Rolet AI is not liable for:
a) Losses due to use/inaccessibility of the Service
b) Content created by users or third parties
c) Links to external websites
d) Actions of third parties
e) Loss of data or reputation
8.2. Maximum liability is limited to the total payments made by the user over the past 6 months.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. Prices and features may change without prior notice.
9.2. Continued use of the Service implies acceptance of the new terms.
10. Payments and Refunds
10.1. Refunds for subscriptions are available within 24 hours of purchase.
11. Contact and Dispute Resolution
11.1. Complaints: Should be sent via Telegram support or to the company’s legal address.
11.2. Jurisdiction: Disputes are resolved according to the laws of the country where Rolet AI is registered.
