Public Offer for the Linkshooter Service
1. General Provisions
This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") regulates the terms of use of the Linkshooter service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), provided by the developers of the Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration"). By using the Service, you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") accept the terms of this Offer.
By using the Service, the User confirms their acceptance of all terms outlined in this Offer. If the User does not agree with any provision of this Offer, they must stop using the Service immediately.
2. Description of the Service
The Linkshooter service provides Users with the following features:
- Creation of shortened links.
- Access to analytics on shortened links, including:
- Number of clicks.
- Countries and cities from which clicks originated.
- Devices used to click the links.
3. Use of the Service
- Access to the Service is provided through a Telegram bot operating in Telegram WebApps.
- Users can create shortened links and access analytics through the bot's functionality.
- To access premium features, Users can purchase plans using the internal Telegram currency "Stars".
- If a refund is needed, Users can request it using the `/paysupport` command.
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the Service for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Distribution of malicious software.
- Sharing phishing links or other prohibited content.
The Administration reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in such cases.
4. Payment and Refunds
- Payment for premium features of the Service is made using the internal Telegram currency "Stars".
- Refunds can be requested within 10 days from the date of purchase using the `/paysupport` command.
- Responses to refund requests are provided within one working week.
- The Administration is not responsible for losses incurred due to User error, including incorrect payments or misuse of the Service's features. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined above and are provided at the Administration's discretion.
5. Lifetime Tariff
- Lifetime access means access to the Service while the Service is running.
- The Administration may grant a lifetime tariff to individual Users at its sole discretion.
- The lifetime tariff grants access to specific premium features of the Service without requiring further payments.
- The lifetime tariff is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the User for whom it was activated.
- The Administration reserves the right to revoke the lifetime tariff if it will incur losses to the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and content, belong to the Administration. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any elements of the Service without prior written permission from the Administration.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
The Administration collects and analyzes data on the Service's operations and User activities to improve the quality of the services provided. Collected information includes, but is not limited to:
- Number and types of clicks on links.
- Geographic information (countries and cities).
- Device information.
Users can request details about their data or request its deletion by contacting the Administration.
8. Liability
The Administration is not responsible for the use of shortened links created through the Service by the User. The Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the User's inability to use the Service due to technical failures, maintenance, or other reasons beyond the Administration's control.
9. Limitation of Liability
Users are solely responsible for the content of the links they create and their compliance with applicable laws. The Administration reserves the right to delete any links that violate the terms of this Offer or applicable laws.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Service shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the laws.
11. Modification of Terms
The Administration reserves the right to modify the terms of this Offer at any time. The updated terms will be published on the official resource and come into effect immediately. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
