1. General Provisions

1.1. This Terms of Service Agreement regulates the use of TitanX (https://titanx.info).

1.2. By accessing the site, purchasing, or using software licenses, User agrees to these Terms in full.

2. Digital Goods & Nature of Services

2.1. The Service provides intangible digital products and services, including TitanX Hardware Privacy Suite digital license keys, technical support, and updates.

2.2. Due to the digital and instantly delivered nature of license keys, all sales are final once access is granted.

3. Payments & Refunds

3.1. Refunds are only considered if a key fails to activate due to technical faults on the Service side and support is contacted within 24 hours of payment.

3.2. User agrees not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks without prior consultation with our support service.

4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

4.1. Software is licensed on a non-exclusive, revocable basis for personal privacy protection. Resale, reverse engineering, or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

5.1. Software is provided AS IS. The Administration is not liable for indirect damages or third-party platform actions.
