VMOS Pro Terms of Service
Welcome to use the VMOS Pro software or service provided by Hunan Xiaosuan Technology Information Co, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xiaosuan Company" or "our") for you. Please (hereinafter referred to as "user") carefully read all the following content (especially the content marked in bold and underlined). Minors should read with the legal guardian. If the user uses the VMOS Pro software or service, it means that the user and the small computing company have reached an agreement to voluntarily accept all the contents of the terms of service.
1. Confirmation and acceptance of terms of service:
This clause is a clause between the user and the small computing company regarding the user's use of VMOS Pro software or services. The content includes the text of the terms, the "Privacy Policy" and various rules that the small computing company has issued or may publish in the future. All rules are an integral part of this clause and have the same legal effect as the body of the clause. Unless otherwise expressly stated, users' use of VMOS Pro software or services will be bound by these terms.
If this clause needs to be revised due to the development of VMOS Pro, the small computing company will announce it on the VMOS Pro platform. Users can go to check the latest version of the agreement terms. After the small calculation company revises the above terms, if the user does not accept the revised terms, the user can choose to terminate the use of VMOS Pro software or services. If the user continues to use it, it will be deemed to have accepted the revised terms.
2. Introduction to VMOS Pro:
The "VMOS Pro" referred to in these terms of service refers to an Android application software based on Virtual Machine technology owned and operated by Xiaosuan, which can run on Android phones. VMOS Pro is a virtual platform integrating games, tools and other mobile phone software applications, including a variety of third-party software and service applications.
3. Rules of use:
The user shall use the software under the premise of abiding by the law and this agreement, and the user shall not violate the following regulations when using the software:
(1) Users shall not use this software to produce, copy, publish, disseminate, store information including but not limited to the following content or engage in related behaviors, nor provide for the production, reproduction, release, or dissemination of information containing the following content or related behaviors. convenient:
- Violation of the Constitution or laws and regulations.
- Endanger national security, leak state secrets, subvert state power, and undermine national unity.
- Damage to national honor and interests, damage to public interests.
- Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity.
- Undermining the state's religious policy, and promoting cults and feudal superstition;
- Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability.
- Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abet crime.
- Insult or slander others, and infringe on the legal rights of others.
- Violating the "seven bottom lines" requirements of laws and regulations, the bottom line of the socialist system, the bottom line of national interests, the bottom line of citizens' legitimate rights and interests, the bottom line of social public order, the bottom line of morality and the bottom line of information authenticity.
- Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
(2) Do not run this software to conduct behaviors including but not limited to the following scope:
- Intentionally avoiding or destroying the technical measures taken by authors and developers to protect the copyright of this software;
- Use this software to mislead and deceive others;
- In violation of national regulations, delete, modify, add, or interfere with the system functions of the software, causing the software to not operate normally.
- Destroy the normal operation of the software system, deliberately spread computer viruses and other destructive programs.
- Any other harm to the security of computer information network.
4. Modification of the terms of service:

When using VMOS Pro software or services, users should promptly review and understand the modified content, and consciously abide by the relevant content of the terms of service. If the user continues to use the VMOS Pro software or the services involved in the terms of service, it shall be deemed to have agreed to the modified content. 5. Service change or suspension:

Users are requested to read the above privacy policy in full to help users better protect personal information.
7. Force majeure clause:
Small computing companies are not liable for losses caused by force majeure. The force majeure referred to in these terms of service includes: natural disasters, changes in laws and regulations or government orders, and reasons specific to the characteristics of network services, such as failures of domestic and foreign basic telecommunications operators, computer or Internet-related technical defects, restrictions on Internet coverage, computer Factors such as viruses, hacker attacks, and other unforeseen, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective circumstances within the legal scope.
8. Commercialization of prohibited services:
The user promises that, without the consent of the small computing company, the user cannot use the VMOS Pro software or services for sales or other commercial purposes. If users need to use VMOS Pro software or services for commercial purposes, they should notify the small computing company in writing and obtain explicit authorization from the small computing company.
9. User management:
The user independently assumes the responsibility for the content published in VMOS Pro. The user's use of VMOS Pro software or services must comply with all local, national and international laws applicable to the service.User commitment:
(1) When users publish information on VMOS Pro or use VMOS Pro software or services, they must comply with relevant Chinese regulations and must not use VMOS Pro software or services to make, copy, publish, or disseminate information prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.
(2) When users publish information on VMOS Pro or use VMOS Pro software or services, they must also comply with the laws and regulations of other relevant countries and regions and the relevant regulations of international law.
(3) Users shall not use VMOS Pro software or services to implement the following actions:
(a) Log in or use VMOS Pro software or services through third-party compatible software developed, authorized or approved by non-small computing companies, or use plug-ins developed, authorized or certified by non-small computing companies for VMOS Pro software and related services.
(b) Delete all copyright information and content on VMOS Pro software and other copies;
(c) Reverse engineering, reverse assembly, reverse compilation of VMOS Pro software or obtain source code from VMOS Pro software in other ways;
(d) For VMOS Pro software related information, without the consent of the small computing company, unauthorized implementation includes but not limited to the following behaviors: use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, compile, publish, publish, establish mirror sites , Use VMOS Pro software without authorization to develop related derivative products, works, services, plug-ins, plug-ins, compatibility, interconnection, etc.;
(e) Copy, change, and modify the data released into the memory of any computer or mobile terminal during the use of the VMOS Pro software or service and the interactive data between the client and the server during the operation of the software.
(f) Other use of VMOS Pro software and services in any illegal way, for any illegal purpose, or in any way inconsistent with these terms.
(4) Users shall not abuse VMOS Pro software or services, including but not limited to using VMOS Pro software or services to conduct other acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights or legitimate interests of others.
(5) The user should abide by all other regulations and procedures of the small computing company. Users shall bear legal responsibility for their actions in the process of using VMOS Pro software or services. The user’s legal liability includes, but is not limited to: compensation for the infringed person, and after the small computing company first assumes the responsibility for administrative penalties or infringement damages caused by the user’s actions, the user should give the small computing company an equal amount of compensation . If the user violates the above regulations, the small computing company has the right to make an independent judgment to immediately suspend or terminate the provision of part or all of the services to the user.
The user understands that if the small computing company finds that the information posted by the user in VMOS Pro clearly belongs to the content described in the above paragraph (1), according to Chinese law, the small computing company is obliged to immediately stop the transmission, save the relevant records, and report to the relevant state agencies. And delete the address and directory containing the content or shut down the server.
10. Notification:
All notifications sent to users can be sent by e-mail, regular mail or by way of announcements in VMOS Pro software or prominent locations on the website. The small computing company will pass the message to the users through one of the above methods to inform them of the modification of the terms of service, service changes, or other important matters.
11. Content and trademark ownership:
The contents provided by VMOS Pro software or services include but are not limited to: virtual Android system, interface design, layout frame, icon, "VMOS Pro®" trademark, etc. Except for software, technology and content authorized by third parties, all of these content belong to small computing companies and are subject to the copyright law of the People’s Republic of China, trademark law, patent law, anti-unfair competition law and corresponding international treaties and other intellectual property rights. Protection of laws and regulations. Therefore, users can only use these contents under the authorization of the small computing company. Without the written consent of the small computing company, users cannot copy or recreate these content or create derivative products related to the content for any profit or non-profit purpose. , Or authorize a third party to implement, utilize and transfer the above intellectual property rights by means of assignment or licensing.
Small computing companies have the right to place various advertisements and promotional information in the service or through the service in the VMOS Pro software. At the same time, the software and service names mentioned in this article, such as VMOS Pro, may be the trademarks of XSCO or its affiliates. Without SCO’s prior written consent, users shall not display or use or perform other processing in any way, nor Show others that users have the right to display, use, or other actions that they have the right to handle.
12. Information storage and related intellectual property rights:
The small computing company will try its best to maintain the security and convenience of all services on the VMOS Pro software, but will not bear any responsibility for the deletion or storage failure of information in the service. In addition, SCO has the right to determine whether the user’s behavior meets the requirements of these terms of service. If the user violates the provisions of these terms of service, SCO has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of its VMOS Pro software service.
Small computing company respects intellectual property rights and pays attention to protecting the rights enjoyed by users. In the services included in the VMOS Pro software, users may provide content to small computing companies in various ways. In this case, users still enjoy the complete intellectual property rights of such content. When the user provides content, he will grant a global free license to the small computing company, allowing the small computing company to use, disseminate, copy, modify, compile, adapt, sublicense, translate, create derivative works, publish, perform and display such content.
13. Law:
This clause applies to the laws of the People's Republic of China and excludes the application of all conflicting laws.
If you have a dispute in using the services under this agreement, you agree to submit the dispute to the Changsha Arbitration Commission for arbitration and be heard by 3 arbitrators. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties. Arbitration costs shall be borne by the losing party.
14. Other:
Users can make complaints and report various violations of laws and regulations through the customer service mailbox listed at the end of the terms of service, and the small computing company will promptly accept and handle user complaints and reports.
This clause shall be implemented from the date of publication and constitute a consensus between users and small computing companies. The non-exercise, failure to exercise or inadequate exercise of the rights enjoyed by this clause or in accordance with the law shall not be considered as a waiver of the right by the small calculation company, nor shall it affect the future exercise of the right by the small calculation company.
