Terms of Service

By using the bot, you confirm that you have read these terms and fully accept them.

1. Age restriction and legality. The user confirms that they are at least 18 years old and use the service in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction.
2. Refusal of service. The service reserves the right to refuse service to any user without explanation.
3. Payment accuracy. The user must transfer the exact amount specified by the payment gateway (for example, exactly $100.09). If the amount deviates, the payment may not be credited, and support may refuse to process it or withhold a fee for the incorrect transfer.
4. Internal balance. Funds on the balance are used only to pay for services within the bot. Withdrawal or exchange into real money is not possible. The funds do not constitute a monetary obligation of the service to the user.
5. Number restoration. If the rental period has expired, the operator may, at its own discretion, restore the number and receive a message, except in the cases specified in clause 6. Restoration is a right, not an obligation of the service.
6. Number block. If a number is blocked, the service, at its own discretion, returns its cost to the internal balance. No refund is made if the block was caused by the user's actions (clauses 13, 14).
7. Restoration attempts. If a number is blocked by the operator, the service takes all possible measures to restore it. In the event of a permanent block, the service is not responsible for accounts linked to the number or the funds on them.
8. Discounted numbers. After the rental period ends, a number may fall into the discounted category — these are numbers that were previously used by other users. The service does not guarantee that a specific service has not already been registered on such a number. No replacements or refunds are provided under this clause. By purchasing a discounted number, the user agrees to this condition.
9. SIM card. The service is not responsible for any actions the user takes with the number/SIM card or their consequences.
10. Dependence on third parties. SMS reception, the availability of a specific registration service, and the "lifespan" of a number depend on external operators and platforms that the service does not control. Their actions (blocking, rejecting SMS, unavailability) are not grounds for claims, except in the cases specified in clause 6.
11. Refunds after purchase. A refund after purchase is possible within 2 hours, provided the number has not been used (the code did not reach you). Otherwise, a refund will be refused. If you are not sure whether the code will reach you, contact technical support — they will help you check this.
12. Abuse of the purchase function. Malicious use of the number purchase functionality followed by returning numbers may result in restriction of access to the purchase function. The service reserves the right to fully terminate servicing of the client and to refuse the return of funds to the balance.
13. Unlawful use. The service is not responsible for the use of a number for unlawful or prohibited purposes. All responsibility lies with the user.
14. Exploiting vulnerabilities. Using errors, bugs, or security holes is prohibited and is punishable by an account block without a refund.
15. Limitation of liability. The service's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the specific paid service. Indirect damages, lost profits, and the like are not compensated.
16. Contacting support. In the event of errors or malfunctions of the number/bot, the user must provide support with their ID, the purchase/phone number, and the name of the service. Requests without this information may not be reviewed.
17. Respectful communication. Disrespectful treatment of the administration and technical support may result in a complete refusal of technical support. Please take this into account when contacting us.
18. Finality of decisions. Support's decisions in disputed situations are final.
19. Changes to the terms. The service reserves the right to change, supplement, or replace these terms at any time unilaterally and without prior individual notice. The current version is always published at the official link. Continued use of the bot after changes are published constitutes full acceptance of the new version. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically.
