Agreement

By using this bot, you confirm that you agree with all statements below. If you disagree, do not use the bot:

• Gifts sent by Telegram bots cannot be exchanged for Stars.
• Stars are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• NFT gifts won must be claimed by contacting the specified user.
• NFT gifts can be issued through any user.
• You cannot delete gifts from the bot (only hide them).

Referral System

• Invite new users via your personal referral link.

A user becomes your referral only if they:

• Have never launched the bot before,
• Join via your referral link

• Reward formula:

10% × (Total spending by referrals – Total value of gifts received by referrals)

• No negative balance: You won’t owe money if the referral sum is negative.
• Rewards are paid in Telegram Stars → Converted to TON (via Fragment.com, minus bot & telegram fees).
• Withdrawal to TON wallet takes ≥21 days (per Telegram rules).
• Final amounts may change during the 21-day period (e.g., due to refunds).

Gameplay

• Games involve randomized outcomes (using python random).
• Exploits strictly prohibited: Using bugs, exploits, or loopholes in the bot/Telegram/related services results in permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds in the bot (no refunds).

General Terms

• @gift_gamble_bot (and @RuMiniGamesBot) is an entertainment service within Telegram and does not provide real goods/services.
• Telegram Stars are the sole in-bot currency (used for games/withdrawals).

No guarantees:

• No refunds for Stars lost due to technical failures (bot/Telegram/third parties).
• No 24/7 uptime guaranteed (outages/updates may occur).

User responsibility:

• All actions are voluntary.
• You alone bear responsibility for spending Stars or assets.
• The bot/admin are not liable for lost Stars, assets, or personal data leaks.
• Participation = Agreement: Clicking "Back" or engaging in any bot activity confirms your acceptance of all rules.
