Tdog Images is a subscription‐based service that provides access to digital content, including but not limited to:

  • Downloadable AI‐generated art files (delivered via Mega.nz or similar)
  • Access credentials (usernames/passwords) for locked‐content pages
  • Occasional subscriber‐only updates (e.g., via email or our private Telegram group)

3. Subscription, Payment, and Rate Changes

  1. Subscription Plans
  2. Subscribers may choose from multiple tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold), each with its own monthly fee. All fees are billed in Japanese Yen (¥).
  3. Right to Change Rates
  4. Tdog Images reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify subscription fees at any time. We will notify existing subscribers via the email address on file at least 30 days before any rate change takes effect. By continuing to subscribe after the new rate’s effective date, you agree to pay the updated price.
  5. Automatic Renewal
  6. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through the payment provider (e.g., PayPal); cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund any amounts already paid for the current billing cycle.

4. Account Information and Email Collection

  2. When you subscribe, we collect your email address to:
  3. Send purchase confirmations and billing receipts
  4. Deliver monthly passwords or download links
  5. Notify you of any service changes (e.g., rate updates or policy changes)

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

  2. You agree to use content provided by this service (e.g., downloadable images, files) strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any redistribution, resale, or public posting of subscriber‐only content is prohibited.
  3. Lawful Conduct
  4. You must not use our service to upload, post, or distribute illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringing material. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend any subscriber who violates these Terms.

6. Content and Third-Party Links

  2. Some content may be hosted by third-party services (e.g., Mega.nz, Nextcloud). We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party platforms.

  4. Tdog Images may link to external websites. Clicking those links is at your own risk, and we assume no responsibility for the terms, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties.

7. Passwords and Monthly Resets

  1. Password Delivery
  2. For tiers requiring a password (e.g., to unlock a private gallery), you will receive a new password via email at the start of each month, provided your subscription remains active.
  3. Failure to Receive
  4. If you do not receive the monthly password or have issues accessing content, you may email us at [your support address] for assistance. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. Ownership
  2. All digital content (AI‐art images, prompt files, source files, etc.) remains the intellectual property of Tdog Images (or its licensors).
  3. Limited License
  4. By subscribing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and view subscriber‐only materials solely for personal use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works for commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. No Warranty
  2. The service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tdog Images does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
  3. No Liability for Third-Party Content
  4. We are not responsible for any content obtained through third-party platforms. You accept all risks associated with accessing or downloading third-party content.
  5. Limitation of Liability
  6. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tdog Images and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including loss of profits, use, data, or other intangible losses) arising out of or in connection with your purchase, use, or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  6. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days for an account review.

  2. We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the service after changes signifies your acceptance of the modifications.
