1. Use of the App

• Pensy is a personal finance tracker for recording income, expenses, and related information.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You agree to use Pensy in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Accounts & Subscriptions

• Certain features, such as cloud sync, require an active subscription.
• Subscription payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings.

3. Data & Privacy

• Your financial records are stored locally unless you choose to enable sync.
• By enabling sync, you grant us permission to store your data securely in your iCloud account via CloudKit.
• Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Third-Party Services

• Pensy integrates with third-party APIs (e.g., currency rates).
• We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by these services.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Pensy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any financial loss or damages resulting from your use of the app.

6. Changes to the Service

• We may update or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of Pensy after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
