Terms of Service — PayPal Exchange Service

1. Service Description
This is a peer-to-peer cryptocurrency exchange service. We facilitate the exchange of PayPal USD balance to cryptocurrency (USDT and others). We are not a bank, financial institution, or licensed money transmitter.
2. Eligibility
By using this service, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are legally allowed to use cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction
- The funds you send belong to you and are obtained through lawful means
3. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT use this service for:
- Money laundering or financing terrorism
- Purchasing illegal goods or services
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Sanctions evasion (OFAC, EU, UN sanctioned countries/persons)
- Any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
4. No KYC Policy
This service operates without mandatory identity verification. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to any user at our sole discretion, including if we suspect illegal activity.
5. Fees
Exchange fees are disclosed before each transaction. By initiating an exchange, you agree to the applicable fee (currently 10–13% depending on volume).
6. No Refunds
All transactions are final. Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds are not possible once funds have been sent.
7. Privacy
We do not collect or store personal identifying information. Transaction details are retained only as long as necessary to complete the exchange.
8. Limitation of Liability
This service is provided "as is." We are not liable for losses resulting from market volatility, technical failures, user errors, or actions of third parties including PayPal.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
