1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ManageSolar app, which is designed for internal use by SUN-HIGHTECH employees. 2. Data Collection and Usage
a. User Data: ManageSolar collects and stores user email addresses, phone numbers, and location data when setting the plant's location. This information is required for user registration, identification, and operational purposes.
b. Location Data: Location data is used only when setting the solar plant’s location and for no other purposes.
c. Data Usage: SUN-HIGHTECH is authorized to use and analyze the collected data for internal business and operational improvements during their use of the app.
3. Access Control
Access to the ManageSolar app is restricted to authorized employees of SUN-HIGHTECH. Access is managed through login credentials, including email addresses and passwords. Employees are responsible for protecting their login information and ensuring it is not shared with unauthorized individuals.
4. Data Security
The ManageSolar app stores all data on Google's Firebase platform. While reasonable steps are taken to ensure the security of the data, Firebase (Google) is responsible for data protection and security in accordance with their policies. The app provider and SUN-HIGHTECH are not responsible for any security breaches or data loss that may occur on Firebase servers.
5. Employee Responsibilities
a. Confidentiality: Users must not share or disclose any company-related information contained within the ManageSolar app to unauthorized parties. The app contains sensitive company data, and each user is responsible for maintaining confidentiality.
b. Credentials: Users are prohibited from sharing their login credentials with others. Unauthorized use of login credentials is strictly forbidden.
c. Prohibited Actions: Employees must not misuse, steal, or exploit the data or information within the app.
6. Company Rights
SUN-HIGHTECH has the right to use, analyze, and interpret all data collected via the app for internal business purposes during the period of their use of the app. However, the company does not own the app itself and can only use it within the scope provided by the app provider.
7. Updates and Changes
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the ManageSolar app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be able to view the latest version of these Terms and Conditions within the app.
