1. Introduction

Belka Holidays (Private) Limited, located at No 163/13A, Kalugalla Road, Kegalle, Sri Lanka (Registration Number: PV00289746), provides tour organization, excursions, transport, and hotel booking services for tourists visiting Sri Lanka. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Booking and Payments

  • Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Belka Holidays.
  • Payments: A deposit of 10% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Full payment must be made 14 days before the tour's start date unless otherwise specified.
  • Methods of Payment: Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods. Any additional bank or transfer fees must be borne by the customer.
  • Cancellations: Cancellation policies will vary based on the services booked and will be communicated during the booking process. Refunds (if applicable) will exclude non-refundable deposits and administrative fees.

3. Services Provided

  • Tour Organization: We arrange tours, excursions, and activities per the agreed itinerary.
  • Transport: Private or group transport services are organized based on the package details.
  • Accommodation: Hotel bookings are made with preferred 4-star or equivalent establishments unless otherwise requested.
  • Exclusions: Costs not explicitly mentioned in the itinerary (e.g., personal expenses, visa fees, travel insurance) are the responsibility of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Travel Documents: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, and other travel documents are valid and up-to-date.
  • Insurance: Clients are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or loss of personal belongings.
  • Health and Safety: Clients must inform Belka Holidays of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking.

5. Changes to Itinerary

  • By the Client: Requests for changes must be made in writing and are subject to availability and possible additional costs.
  • By the Company: Belka Holidays reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, political issues, or safety concerns. Clients will be informed of changes as soon as possible.

6. Liability

  • Belka Holidays acts as an intermediary for services provided by third parties (hotels, transport companies, etc.) and is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from third-party actions.
  • The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by natural disasters, political unrest, or other events beyond our control.

7. Privacy Policy

  • Belka Holidays is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information provided during booking will only be used for service delivery and will not be shared with third parties unless required for the provision of services.

8. Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints during the trip must be reported immediately to the tour guide or representative for resolution.
  • Formal complaints can be submitted in writing to belkaholidays@gmail.com within 14 days of the tour's conclusion.
  • Disputes will be resolved under the laws of Sri Lanka.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
