Terms and Conditions

First Exchange Promotion (“Promotion”)

DISCLAIMER. Neither Wallet Services (“Wallet”, “us”; “we”) being an operator of Wallet platform (https://t.me/wallet) and website https://wallet.tg/wallet (“Website”) nor Wallet or Website, is an online gambling operator or application/website, accordingly and does not provide any kind of online gambling or risk-based, chance-based games. No consideration from participants (individually “Participant”, and collectively “Participants”) is required to participate in the Promotion.

1. These are the terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) between us and you (“you”) which apply to Promotion.
2. By entering Promotion the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are an integral part of Wallet User Agreement (https://wallet.tg/user_agreement.pdf) (“User Agreement”). If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail.
3. Before entering the Promotion, the Participant must carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions, and the notice announcing the Promotion (“Announcement Notice”). Please note that if you violate these Terms and Conditions and/or User Agreement at any time during the Promotion, you may become ineligible and may be excluded from participation without further notice.
4. Every natural person who has reached the age of majority in the state they reside in at the time of participation, may participate in Promotion.
5. The time period when Promotion is available (“Promotional Period”) follows:
   “Start Date”: 20/11/24, 1.00 PM UTC.
   “End Date”: 27/11/24, 1.00 PM UTC.
6. Participant can only participate in Promotion during the Promotional Period and only in the manner described below. If Participant submits their entry late, early, in a way other than the prescribed manner, or otherwise incomplete, they shall be excluded from participation without further notice. 
7. Promotion is limited. Participation in Promotion is not guaranteed. Promotion is addressed to residents of the countries selected at Wallet’s sole discretion (individually “Permitted Country”, and collectively “Permitted Countries”). If you reside outside of any Permitted Country you shall not be eligible to be a Participant. Wallet reserves the right to choose any amount of potential Participants from residents of Permitted Countries at Wallet’s sole discretion. The potential Participants shall be notified by Announcement Notice.
8. To enter Promotion, potential Participant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
   - Receive Announcement Notice via Wallet platform;
   and
   - Carefully read and consider Announcement Notice and these Terms and Conditions;
   and
   - At least once during the Promotional Period use Wallet platform to exchange any amount of virtual currency to any amount of any other virtual currency available at Wallet platform (“Exchange”).
9. Each eligible Participant shall be provided with an award in random amount from USD one hundredth (0,01) up to one hundred (100) (individually “Award”, and collectively “Awards”). Award shall be paid in USDT to Participant’s digital address at Wallet platform.
10. The amount of each Award will be defined by an automated process, the number of Awards shall be equal to the number of Participants, one Participant may be provided with one Award only. Awards shall be defined and paid within a reasonable time after the End Date.
11. It shall be the sole responsibility of Participant to ascertain and pay all the applicable taxes and other similar duties, the Company will not compensate or otherwise reimburse costs and expenses to be incurred by Participant.
12. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with no liability to Participants for any reasons whatsoever, including these beyond  our reasonable control or if there has been a broadcasting or printing error, etc., by amending these Terms and Conditions accordingly.
13. If we consider it necessary or appropriate, any Award might be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative which will be decided at our sole discretion.
14. We provide no guarantee in relation to the Promotion and expressly disclaim any liability for any reason and for any ground whatsoever, except for gross negligence or intent, in that regard. We are not liable for (i) any defects to Award, (ii) if Award is received later than announced, (iii) received by the wrong person, (iv) if Award deviates from the offered one. Our aggregate liability shall be limited either to the cost of Award or USD ten (10) whichever is lower.
