PS Infinity is committed to providing the best services to its users.

To maintain service quality and ensure user satisfaction, please follow the rules and regulations below:

1. Account Information Changes

Restriction: Customers are not allowed to change our account email, online ID, or password.

2. Account Deletion

Responsibility: After the subscription ends, if not renewed, the user must delete and deactivate their account.

3. Account Region

Region: All PS Infinity accounts are registered in Region 1 (USA).

4. Subscription Usage

Restriction: Each subscription is limited to use on one console only. If we detect multiple consoles during changing the game, your subscription will be terminated immediately without notice.

5. Account Capacity

For Primary accounts (Ultimate, Elite) you have to enable console sharing and play in your own user not ours.

For Secondary accounts (Kinds, Silver, Gold, Platinum) you are not allow to enable console sharing and have to play in PS Infinity accounts.

If we detect that you have enabled console sharing on a secondary account, you will receive an initial warning.

If the violation is repeated, your subscription will be immediately terminated without further notice.

6. Game Exchange

Responsibility: Any negligence or inaccuracy during the game exchange process (such as not deactivating the account) is the user's responsibility and may delay the exchange.

Duration: The game exchange process takes up to 3 hours.

7. Proof for Changing the Games

To change the games, you must send us two high quality photos (only with "Timestamp camera" app)

in PS Infinity account go to these paths:

1 Settings>>>Users and Accounts>>>Other>>>Console Sharing and Offline Play>>>Disable it and take a picture

2 Settings>>>Users and Accounts>>>Delete Users>>>Delete the account you wanna exchange>>>take a picture of existing users

8. Account Ownership

Ownership: Permanent ownership of all accounts belongs to PS Infinity. Users only have the right to use these accounts during their subscription period.

After the subscription ends, users must not retain any accounts.
