Sample deal terms for a certificate with remote access (Cloud):

 Sale of code signing certificate (ssl.com/certum.eu account and webmail account)

 EV code signing certificate

 ssl.com/certum.eu, for a period of 1 year

 Signature by uploading a file to the site or through a PC application

 Hold funds in the escrow up to 24 hours (the time required to check the certificate)

The certificate is issued under a video recording, which proves that at the time of transmission the certificate is operational and not activated.

You log in and activate eSigner/SimplySign or other software/cloud signing to sign files.

Set a pin code for signing and OTP App (Google Authenticator/SimplySign)
