3. User Content and Media

We do not claim ownership of your saved media or user content. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to access, save, store, or use any content through the App.
You agree not to use the App to:

We do not own, control, or endorse third-party websites, content, platforms, or services. Your use of third-party websites or services is subject to their own terms, policies, and rules.

5. AI-Powered Features
BlackButton Video Save may include AI-powered browser or assistant features designed to improve user experience and help with navigation, organization, or related tasks.
AI-generated responses or suggestions may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. You should review and verify any AI-generated output before relying on it.
The AI features are provided for convenience only and should not be considered legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

7. Device Permissions

You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with all devices, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of content, device issues, service interruptions, or third-party claims arising from your use of the App.
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
15. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any law or third-party right
- Any content or media you save, access, manage, or use through the App
16. App Store Terms
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another app marketplace, your use of the App may also be subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of that marketplace.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable app store terms, the app store terms may apply where required by the relevant platform.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
Your continued use of the App after any changes means that you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the app operator is legally established, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
