1. General Provisions

1.1. DRIP.EXC (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) is a digital exchange platform that facilitates peer-to-peer currency and cryptoasset exchanges via an automated Telegram bot with operator support.

1.2. The official Telegram bot of DRIP.EXC serves as the primary interface for submitting exchange requests, viewing rates, confirming payment details, managing balances, and communicating with a service operator.

1.3. By using the Service, the User confirms full understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to comply with them.

1.4. The Service is not a financial, banking, lending, or investment institution and does not provide licensed financial services. All operations are conducted as part of a private digital system for supporting settlements between individual users.

1.5. The Service enables Users to make advance deposits in fiat or cryptocurrency solely for the execution of exchange transactions or off-platform payments. Deposits are processed automatically via the Telegram bot and are not considered investments, savings, or financial assets.

1.6. The Service offers a feature for making retail payments in fiat currency on behalf of the User. After topping up their crypto balance (e.g., in USDT), the User can scan a QR-code presented by a merchant using the bot interface. Once confirmed, the Service executes the fiat payment on the User’s behalf, and the equivalent amount in USDT (including a service fee) is deducted from their crypto balance. This functionality does not constitute electronic money issuance or a licensed payment service but operates as technical facilitation of private transactions.

2. Exchange Terms

2.1. All exchanges are carried out at a rate individually agreed upon and confirmed by the operator within the Telegram bot.

2.2. The Service reserves the right to refuse any transaction at any stage before final confirmation, without explanation.

2.3. Processing time may vary between 5 and 60 minutes depending on system load and operator availability.

2.4. Once conditions are agreed upon and payment instructions are issued, the User must complete the transfer within the specified time window (typically 15 minutes).

2.5. The Service may set minimum and maximum limits on exchange amounts and restrict access to certain directions at its sole discretion.

2.6. All operations carried out via the Telegram bot are legally binding and considered equivalent to an electronic offer and acceptance.

2.7. When paying for goods or services using third-party QR codes, the Service acts as a payment facilitator, processing the fiat transaction on behalf of the User using their crypto balance.

3. AML Compliance & Security

3.1. All crypto wallet addresses involved in transactions are subject to automated AML (Anti-Money Laundering) screening to detect involvement in high-risk activities such as darknet operations, hacking, fraud, sanctioned entities, or terrorism financing.

3.2. If an address is flagged as high risk, the Service may:

  • request an alternate address,
  • suspend the transaction, or
  • deny the service entirely.

3.3. Users may request a manual extended AML report at a rate of $0.90 per address directly through the Telegram bot.

3.4. If the system detects attempted circumvention of AML procedures or potential illegal activity, the Service reserves the right to freeze the transaction pending additional verification.

4. Identity Verification & Source of Funds

4.1. For fiat-to-crypto transactions, the Service may require Users to verify the source of funds and their identity.

4.2. The following may be requested:

– Screenshots or video of the payment;

– Documents proving ownership of the payment method;

– A statement regarding the origin of funds;

– Proof of consent when receiving payments from third parties.

4.3. Refusal to provide such verification may result in cancellation of the transaction, suspension of access, or a refund minus applicable service fees.

5. Liability

5.1. The User is fully responsible for the accuracy of all data they submit, including wallet addresses, transaction amounts, and payment details.

5.2. The Service is not liable for losses resulting from errors made by the User or from non-compliance with instructions.

5.3. The use of the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or obfuscated transactions is strictly prohibited.

5.4. Any disputes are resolved individually with the assistance of the operator.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

6.1. All user data is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties unless required by applicable law.

6.2. Transactional and communication data is retained solely for the purposes of fulfilling the service and maintaining system integrity.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. The Service may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

7.2. The most current version of the Terms is available in the Telegram bot or upon request.

7.3. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new version.

7.4. All actions carried out through the Telegram bot are considered legally binding and deemed to be voluntary and informed.
