1. Completion Time: Commissions may take from 1-30 days to complete, depending on the complexity of the work and the artist's schedule.

2. Pricing: The price of the commission may vary based on the complexity of the artwork.

3. Personal Use Only: Commissioned artworks are strictly for personal use. For commercial purposes, please refer to the commercial usage section below.

4. Commercial Use: An additional fee of 50% to 200% of the base price will be applied for commissions used commercially.

5. Reference: Clients must provide a clear and detailed description of the character or high-quality reference photos to ensure accurate representation.

6. Payment: Payment must be made upfront to avoid non-payment issues. Accepted payment methods are DANA, BANK BCA and QRIS only.

7. No Refunds: Once the commission has started, there will be no refunds or cancellations unless an error occurs on the artist's part.

8. Revisions: Clients are allowed up to 2 minor revisions during the sketch or line art stage. Major revisions will incur an additional fee.

9. Reposting and Copyright: The artwork may not be resold, traced, or used as inspiration for other creations. Reposting is prohibited unless the artwork is commissioned and fully owned by the client. Violations will result in a fine of Rp 500,000.

10. Right to Refuse: The artist reserves the right to decline a commission if the requested artwork exceeds the artist’s capabilities or comfort level.
