1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Scopics Identify mobile application (the "Application"), a free service created by muhairihassan@gmail.com (the "Service Provider").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using and uninstall the Application.

2. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including but not limited to the source code, databases, functionality, trademarks, and any content therein, are and will remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider and its licensors.

You are expressly prohibited from:

• Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Application.
• Attempting to extract the source code of the Application.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Application.
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations.

3. Service Modifications and Payments

The Service Provider is committed to providing a valuable service and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application, or to introduce charges for its use at any time. Should any service become paid, you will be notified clearly and given the option to accept the new terms or discontinue use.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your device and restricting access to the Application.
• Device Integrity: The Service Provider strongly advises against "jailbreaking" or "rooting" your device, as this voids digital rights management protections, exposes your device to security threats, and may prevent the Application from functioning correctly.
• Data Connectivity: The Application requires an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). You are solely responsible for any data charges incurred from your mobile network provider. If you are not the bill payer, it is your responsibility to obtain permission from the bill payer before using the application.
• Device Charging: Ensuring your device is adequately charged to use the Application is your responsibility.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application relies on third-party services to function. Please be aware that these services have their own Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review them:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." The Service Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application's functionality, accuracy, or reliability. Your use of the Application is at your sole risk. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with your specific device or operating system.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use or inability to use the Application.

7. Updates and Termination

• Updates: The Service Provider may release updates to maintain compatibility or add new features. You agree to accept these updates when offered. However, we do not guarantee perpetual support for all device versions.
• Termination: The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the service at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, your rights to use the Application cease immediately, and you must uninstall it from your device.

We may update our Terms of Use periodically. You will be notified of any changes by the updated Terms being posted on this page, with a revised "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this page regularly. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
