Where's Fuel? iOS AppBy downloading or using the app, these Terms and Conditions automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, license, sell, or otherwise exploit any part of the app or its content without permission. You are also not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions of it. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the app remain the property of the developer.
The developer is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for certain services at any time and for any reason. Any paid features or services will always be clearly communicated to you in advance.
The Where’s Fuel? app may store and process personal data that you provide in order to deliver and improve the Service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, as this may compromise your device’s security and affect the proper functioning of the Application.
