Agreement to These Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Promptivy application ("Service"), you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them thoroughly before accessing the Service. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must refrain from using the application.

Ownership and Usage Rights

Promptivy, including its code, visual elements, trademarks, and underlying software, is the exclusive property of the developer (srinivasandyachenko@gmail.com) and is safeguarded by copyright laws and international intellectual property agreements.

You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Promptivy for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. Under this license, you may not:

• Reproduce, alter, or build upon the application.
• Extract the source code, attempt to reverse engineer, or decompile the app.
• Translate the application into other languages without explicit permission.
• Utilize any branding or trademarks without prior written authorization.

Service Evolution and Paid Features

We are dedicated to improving Promptivy and may introduce new functionalities, modify existing ones, or suspend the Service at our discretion, with or without prior notice.

Should we introduce paid features or subscription options in the future, any associated charges will be clearly communicated in advance. You will never be billed for a service without your explicit acknowledgment and consent.

User Obligations and Device Integrity

Your experience with Promptivy depends on the condition and security of your device. You bear full responsibility for maintaining a suitable environment for the Service.

• Device Modifications: We strongly advise against "jailbreaking" or "rooting" your device. Such actions remove manufacturer-imposed security layers and may compromise the stability, security, or full functionality of Promptivy.
• Connectivity Costs: Access to certain features requires an internet connection (via Wi-Fi or cellular data). You are responsible for any associated network charges, including data roaming fees. If you are not the primary account holder for the device, we assume you have obtained necessary consent.
• Device Readiness: You are also responsible for ensuring your device has sufficient battery power. We are not liable for any inability to use the Service due to device-related limitations.

To enhance reliability, analytics, and performance, Promptivy incorporates services from trusted third-party providers. These services are governed by their own terms, which we encourage you to review:

Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

We strive to ensure that Promptivy functions accurately and reliably. However, the Service relies on third-party data and infrastructure beyond our direct control.

The application is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer (srinivasandyachenko@gmail.com) disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or costs arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the application.
• Reliance on any content, outputs, or features within the Service.
• Network failures, connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions.

Updates and Service Discontinuation

We may periodically release updates to Promptivy, which may introduce new features, address security issues, or adjust system requirements. Continued use of the Service may require you to install the latest version available through your app store.

We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time without advance notice. Upon termination of these Terms:

• Your rights to use Promptivy will end immediately.
• You must cease all use of the application and remove it from your devices.
