I. Terms of Usage

1. Bot Token, Creation, and Identity

Token Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Telegram Bot Token. You must not share your token with unauthorized parties.
Prohibited Names: Do not use any bot name or username that contains adult content, explicit material, or violates any laws, intellectual property rights, or general decency standards. We reserve the right to delete any bot found in violation.
Prohibition of Impersonation: You are strictly prohibited from creating bots that imitate, copy, or impersonate the name, username, logo, or overall branding of any existing service, bot, or entity. This rule exists to prevent user confusion, protect brand identity, and stop deceptive practices.
Consequences: We reserve the right to immediately delete any bot found violating this rule. Repeated violations will result in a permanent ban of your account.

2. Advertising and Revenue (Free Hosting Conditions)

The hosting for this Service is provided to you free of charge. To sustain this service, we rely on advertising revenue, and you must agree to the following:

In-Bot Advertisements: You explicitly acknowledge and agree that ads may occasionally appear directly within your bot's chat interface. These advertisements may be triggered automatically after certain messages, commands, or interactions to support the running costs of the Service.
Third-Party Ad Broadcasts: You acknowledge that the underlying bot hosting platform may, at times, send Ads Broadcasts directly through your bot to your users. We do not control the content of these external ads, which may include fraudulent or scam-related material.
Liability Waiver: We are not responsible and assume no liability for any harm, loss, or transaction resulting from these advertisements. You accept the risk associated with this free hosting.

3. Inactivity and Deactivation Policy

To optimize server resources and ensure smooth operation:

15-Day Dormancy Rule: If you do not visit or log into our WebApp for more than 15 consecutive days, your bots will be automatically deactivated (paused).
Reactivation: You may reactivate your paused bots at any time simply by logging back into the WebApp.
Permanent Deletion: Bots that remain inactive for extended periods and have zero active members or usage may be permanently deleted from our servers without recovery options.

4. Automatic Bot Updates

Mandatory Updates: We reserve the right to automatically update your bot's source code to the latest version at our discretion. This ensures compatibility, security, and access to new features.
No Opt-Out: These updates may occur without prior notice. You acknowledge that you may not have the ability to stop or opt-out of these critical system updates.

5. Service Limitations and Termination

Termination Right: You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to stop or delete your bot from our servers at any time, without prior notice, and even without providing any reason.
No Uptime Guarantee: The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding the continuous, uninterrupted availability or uptime of the bot hosting service.

6. Data Deletion (User Responsibility)

Permanent Deletion: When you delete your bot using this WebApp, all associated bot data is permanently deleted from our server and cannot be recovered.
Loss of Members: You are responsible for this action. If you later re-create a bot using the same Token, it will be treated as a new entity. You will lose all previous member counts and cannot broadcast to users who used the old bot instance.

7. User Conduct and Ban Policy

Admin Responsibility: If you add your bot as an administrator to any Telegram channel or group, you are fully accountable for all the bot's actions and content within that group or channel.
Harmful Activity Ban: If we detect or receive credible reports of your bot being used for any harming, scamming, spamming, or violating activity (e.g., in a third-party channel), you will be permanently banned from accessing and using our Service.

8. Prohibition of Resale and Assignment

No Resale Without Credit: Bots created using our free Service must not be sold or resold to other users unless you include clear, prominent, and permanent credit/attribution to the Reaction Bot Maker Bot Service within the bot's description and start message.
Account Ban: Violation of this resale policy will be treated as a breach of terms and may result in the immediate and permanent ban of your account from accessing the Service.

9. Modifications to Service and Terms

Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part or feature thereof) at any time without notice, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

II. Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information necessary to provide and maintain the Service:

Telegram User Data: We collect your Telegram User ID (e.g., currentUserId) for authentication and to link created bots to your account ("My Bots").
Bot Data: We store the Bot Token you provide (required for hosting), the Bot ID, username, name, and its running status.
Usage Data: We collect aggregated, non-personal data on service usage, such as Global statistics, Per-bot statistics (last active time, member count, uptime, ping), and Leaderboard data.

2. How We Use Information

The information collected is used strictly for the following purposes:

Service Provision: To host, run, manage, and display the status of the bots you create.
Authentication: To verify your identity as the owner of your bots.
Analytics and Display: To calculate and display global statistics and leaderboards within the WebApp.
Security: To monitor for abusive behavior and enforce the Ban Policy outlined in the Terms of Usage.

3. Data Storage and Protection

Security: We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including your Bot Token, on our servers. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.
Data Deletion: As stated in the Terms of Usage, when you delete a bot via the App, its data is permanently wiped from our server.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information (User ID, Bot Token) to outside parties. We may share aggregated, non-personal usage data and bot leaderboard information (e.g., bot usernames, active users) publicly within the WebApp.

5. Third-Party Services (Advertising)

You acknowledge that our reliance on third-party hosting for the free service means external ads are injected into your bot's stream. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external ad providers.
