By submitting an order to us you agree: 


  1. To let us change your account details temporarily (your account is given back to you after we finish our procedures).
  2. To give us authentication codes that are received by sms/emails/any other way 2fa is provided.
  3. Users must provide accurate and complete information about their order (in cases where you have attempted to obtain a refund yourself) including, but not limited to, the order number, website domain, shipping information, and contact information with Amazon. 
  4. Not to submit your orders to more than 1 refunder at a time. You can submit order to us if you've been ignored for more than a 48h timeframe and/or if your refunder agreed to stop working on your order. Otherwise, you're liable to pay the fee to each refunder no matter the volume of work. Please respect the work of me and my colleagues.
  5. You prepare the crypto beforehand and ready to send us our payment on refund confirmation in 4h after we send you a notification. Otherwise, refund may be reversed and you will be liable for any damages caused. We set our standards high, please respect our work and pay in time. Service is considered completed after we do send you any confirmation from the store confirming refund/replacement
  6. In case our fee isn't paid you agree that we can use your personal/credit card information in any way possible. From opening scam reports on you to using your information to doxx you. We're never happy to do any of this and will do everything possible not to cause any damage if you're honest with us. 
  7. Users agree that Asriel from RefundHUB is not liable for any false claims made by the User. The responsibility for the accuracy and honesty of the information provided lies solely with the User. In the event that a User is found to have made false claims, the User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless REFUNDS by Asriel from RefundHUB, its affiliates, and employees from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to the fraudulent claim.
  8. That any payment to us is non-refundable. The only exception for that are PREpayments for any insider refunds/refunds that require a prepayment as a condition. These type of prepayments are guaranteed to be returned it full in money as they're for not done yet work. Other than that, only refund in credits for our services may be applied. Cancelled refunds when payment is taken upon refund confirmation are liable for full refund. 
  9. Asriel from RefundHUB reserves the right to terminate the Services to any User who violates this User Agreement, provides false information or engages in fraudulent activity, or to refuse service without cause.
  10. In order to ensure the security of your account information, we store it only for 48 hours after we have billed you for our services. If you have not requested your account data within this time frame, you do not need the account and we permanently delete this data to keep us safe and your privacy also.
  11. To take the risk that there may be risks with the banks. It's extremely unlikely, but sometimes funds are lost after the refund is done and you need to open a chargeback for transactions that didn't arrive. In that case we wait for the end of chargeback and payment is non-refundable as store has refunded you in full. (we had only 1 case in 1000+ refunds)
  12. To let us refuse service without any additional information. In that case account is returned to you (if possible), we stop any work and refuse any claims regarding your refund. 
  13. That refund is not a 100% guaranteed procedure and no matter the actions taken before the refund account may be closed and/or refund may fail. Even when any advertisement is said to be "100% Success Rate". Some stores can cancel the refund after it was processed. 
  14. That failing to follow instructions provided by us (or doing it on your own without letting us know) will likely lead to refund fail and in that case you will be liable for any damages. Do not contact store on your own, you have us to do everything for you.
  15. To avoid rebill from the shop after our work is done take all needed precautionary measures. We will never refuse to help you avoid rebills, just ask us. In case of rebills, you're liable for any damages.
  16. After our procedures are done, we can't guarantee that you'll be able to login your account. We will give you everything that we have from email access but sometimes amazon may block/lock your account for unknown reasons. On our side we're obligated to use crystal clear proxies and OPSEC.
  17. Asriel's Service is not a store and we are not responsible for the product/goods that the client received, our task is to make a refund/replacement, if the client has any complaints about the received product/service, the client contacts the store after our procedures are done. The client pays only for the services of receiving a refund
