Restrictions and rules.

BestFS provides functionality within the Telegram ecosystem. All Telegram restrictions and rules apply to BestFS itself.

Confidentiality

The confidentiality of any content sent to the bot is limited to the confidentiality of Telegram correspondence. BestFS Bot has the right to copy content and share it in other chats that the user chooses to provide functionality. BestFS does not collect information about the non-immediate content of files except metadata. BestFS does not store files, but acts as an intermediary between the storage and the user. BestFS assumes no responsibility for the content of content accessed through the bot. It is the user's responsibility to store inappropriate Telegram content in the chat room.

In case of using the service functions that provide work directly with the file data (creating a public link to the file, saving the file to another medium, etc.), the user automatically authorizes to use the file data for these purposes

Personal data we hold:

- Telegram User Id.

Administration reserves the right to block user interaction with the bot without explanation. All questions regarding the blocking and violation of rules are solved in the order of correspondence.

The bot only stores files between the user and the bot, unless otherwise selected in the storage settings or necessary for the requested transaction.
