Eligibility and Age Requirements

1. Age Limit: This service is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. Access by individuals under 18 is not permitted, and we do not collect or restrict personal data for minors. Any attempt to create, edit, or distribute images of minors on this service is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or ban.
2. Location Restrictions: Usage of the service may be restricted in some countries or regions due to legal or regulatory requirements. By accessing this service, you confirm that you are not located in a country or region where our service is not available or permitted by local laws.

Service Usage Guidelines

1. This service is provided "as is" and must be used at the user’s sole risk.
2. Users agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of the service, nor access or use its components in any unapproved manner. Our server failures including lag are not our fault so pardon us.
3. The service may limit the number of times a user can execute a feature within a given time period to maintain quality and availability.
4. Users agree to provide accurate identification after a request for it. Failing to provide it or granting false details will lead to account suspension. Failure to respond to their profile review query within three days from the time they were requested will also lead to suspension.
5. Use generative features to create and view content without downloading it directly onto your device.

Prohibited Activities

1. Users must not upload, post, publish, or make available through the service any content that: Deals with decision regarding the financial markets.
2. Involves editing or altering the appearances of individuals without their explicit consent.
3. Poses the risk of misleading other users in matters such as personal finance, health, or sensitive decisions.

Account Access and Continuity

1. Users must keep their passwords secure and will be held accountable for their account’s activities.
2. The service can limit, disable, or otherwise restrict access to the service without prior notice. Reasons include security issues, fraudulent activities, or violations of legal regulations.
3. The service assumes no liability for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from access to or use of the service. Users agree to assume all risks associated with using the service.

Intellectual Property and Rights

Users retain ownership of their content. However, by submitting content to the service, users grant a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license for the service to use, display, reproduce, and modify such content for its intended purposes.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. No refunds will be provided for any transaction or service payment made to the service.
2. Users can cancel their accounts at any time. However, the service may retain user logs for a reasonable time as necessary for data preservation and legal purposes.

Prize and Contests

This service reserves the right to host contests, product giveaways, and other contests on either this service or through affiliate services. We are not responsible for the miscommunication or misinterpretation of these contests.

License to the Service

1. This service is a 'freemium' service. It is accessed either for free or through a service that is purchased on either a weekly, monthly or yearly basis. Continuity of service is assumed for future periods.
2. Delays or discontinuations in the service caused by malware or bugs are our fault. This does not affect this 'Freemium' license.

Modification of Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. While we will try to notify with a period of 24 hours to users before the changes, occasional exceptions may exist. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
