Terms& Conditions: Trade Assets Campaign

Welcome to Wallet’s Trade Assets Campaign (the "Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail. 

Campaign Key Dates and Terms

1. The Campaign Start Date is 24th of March, 2025 at 09:30 UTC. 
2. The Campaign End Date is 31st of March, 2025 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility

1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a User of Wallet and must be verified at Identification Levels “Basic” to receive the Rewards. Depending on Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2. You cannot participate in the Campaign if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Wallet’s internal policies.
3. You may not be able to receive the Rewards if Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the announcement of your entitlement to the Rewards and the moment they are actually disbursed to your Wallet balance.

Participation

1. To participate in the Campaign, a User must exchange any available virtual asset for another available virtual asset within the Wallet during the Campaign period. The transaction must be equivalent to at least 50 (fifty) EUR at the time of the exchange.
2. Only transactions of 50 (fifty) EUR or more are eligible for participation. In accordance with these Terms, only the first eligible exchange transaction made by a User during the Campaign period shall be considered for the purpose of prize allocation. Subsequent transactions, even if eligible, shall not increase the User’s chances of winning.

Rewards

1. The total Rewards pool for the Campaign is $10,000.00 (ten thousand) in USDT, which will be distributed among 1000 randomly selected winners. The winner selection process will take place within 24 hours after the Campaign End Date.
2. Each selected winner will receive $10.00 (ten) in USDT, which will be credited directly to their Wallet balance. The distribution of Prizes will be completed within 4 calendar days after the Campaign End Date.
3. Wallet reserves the right to modify the Prize Pool at any time without prior notice to Users.
4. Users may contact @wallet_supportbot within 7 days after the Campaign End Date for any Prize-related issues. After this period, all Prizes will be considered final and will not be subject to revision.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

We do not guarantee any profits or protection of Deposits and Rewards. Technical difficulties on Wallet’s side may interfere with the Campaign and even end it. Your participation is at your own risk.
