You Agree To Abide By Any Guidelines, Notices, Operating Rules And Policy Instructions Related To The Use Of The Services Or Access To The Bot, As Well As Any Revisions To The Foregoing That We May Issue From Time To Time. We Reserve The Right To Revise These Guidelines, Notices, Operating Rules And Policy Descriptions At Any Time, And You Are Deemed To Be Aware Of And Bound By Any Of The Above Changes By Posting Them On The Bot Terms.

2.2 Restricted Activities

You Agree And Undertake The Following:

(A) Impersonate Any Person Or Entity, Falsely State, Or Otherwise Misrepresent Your Affiliation With Any Person Or Entity;

(B) Use The Bot For Illegal Purposes;

(D) Post, Advertise Or Transmit Any Prohibited Material Through The Bot;

(E) Interfere With Others' Use And Enjoyment Of Bot Services;

(F) Use Or Upload In Any Way Viruses, Destructive Components, Malicious Code Or Harmful Components That May Damage Data;

2.3 Availability Of The Bot And Services

We May Upgrade, Modify, Suspend The Provision Of All Or Part Of Our Services Without Giving Any Reason Or Prior Notice, And We Are Not Responsible For Such Modifications.

2.4 The Right, But Not The Obligation, To Monitor Content: We Reserve The Right, But Have No Obligation:

(A) Monitor, Screen Or Otherwise Control Any Activity, Content Or Material On The Bot. We May, In Our Sole Discretion, Investigate Any Breach Of The Terms And May Take Appropriate Action;

(B) Block Or Restrict Any Customer's Access To The Bot;

(C) Ask You To Provide Any Information And Data Relating To Your Access To The Bot At Any Time, And Where You Refuse To Disclose Such Information, We Have Reasonable Grounds To Suspect That You Have Provided Inaccurate, Misleading Or Fraudulent Information And Data.

2.5 Privacy Policy

Your Use Of The Services And Access To The Bot Is Also Governed By The Privacy Policy Set Forth Herein.

2.6 Terms And Conditions Of Sale

The Purchase Of Any Product Is Subject To The Terms And Conditions Of Sale.

3. Use Of The Services

3.1 Application Of These Terms: In Addition To All Other Terms Of These Terms Of Use, The Provisions In This Section 3 Are Additional Specific Terms Governing Your Use Of The Services.

If You Need To Use Our Bot And Services, You Need To Share Your Phone Number And Provide Personal Data. Phone Numbers May Be: (I) Provided By You And Accepted By Us At Our Sole Discretion. We May Require You To Update Your Personal Data At Any Time In Our Sole Discretion Without Giving Any Reason Or Prior Notice And Shall Not Be Responsible Or Liable For Any Loss Arising From The Following Reasons. You Hereby Agree To Keep Your Telegram Account Confidential, To Be Responsible For The Security Of Your Account. If You Have Reason To Suspect That The Confidentiality Of Your Telegram Account Has Been Compromised, Or That Your Username And Password Have Been Subjected To Any Unauthorized Use, Or That Your Personal Data Needs To Be Updated, You Should Notify Us Immediately.

4.2 Claimed Use And Access

You Agree And Acknowledge That Any Use Of The Services And Any Access To The Bot Shall Be Deemed To Be As The Case May Be:

(A) Your Access To The Relevant Bot Or Use Of The Service;

(B) Information, Data Or Communications That You Post, Transmit And Effectively Post;

All Data And Information Contained In The Bot Are For Informational Purposes Only. All Representations Or Warranties Of Any Kind, Implied, Express Or Statutory, Including Warranties Of Non-Infringement Of Third Party Rights, Title, And Merchantability. Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Above, We Do Not Guarantee That:

(A) The Accuracy, Timeliness, Adequacy, Commercial Value Or Completeness Of All Data And Information Contained In The Bot;

(B) Any Identified Deficiencies Will Be Corrected;

5.2 Disclaimer Of Liability

Bot Shall Not Be Liable To You For Any Loss Directly Or Indirectly Caused By:

(A) Any Access, Use Or Inability To Use The Bot And Services;

(B) Rely On Any Data Or Information Provided Through The Bot;

5.3 At Your Own Risk

Any Misunderstandings, Errors, Damages, Costs Or Losses Arising From The Use Of The Bot Are Entirely At Your Own Risk And We Shall Not Be Liable.

Such Linked Sites Or Content Are Not Under Our Control And We Are Not Responsible For Any Errors, Omissions, Delays, Defamation, Falsehoods, Obscenity, Pornography, Profanity Contained In The Content. Hyperlinks To Any Other Websites Do Not Imply Endorsement Or Verification Of Such Websites, And You Agree That Access To Or Use Of Such Linked Websites Is Entirely At Your Own Risk.

We May Attach Banners To The Bot To Promote Our Products And Services. For The Avoidance Of Doubt, You Are Not Entitled To Receive Payment, Fees Or Commissions For Any Such Promotional Information.

7. Your Submissions And Information

You Authorize Us To Use The Information You Submit To The Bot, Including But Not Limited To Questions, Comments And Suggestions (Collectively, "Submissions"). When You Post Comments To The Bot, You Also Grant Us The Right To Use The Username You Submit In Such Comments Or Other Content. You May Not Use False Addresses, Impersonate Others, Or Otherwise Mislead Us. We May, But Are Not Obligated To Publish, Delete Or Edit Your Submission.

7.2 Consent To Receive Messages

You Fully, Freely And Expressly Authorize Us To Collect, Process And Use Any Information (Including Personal Data) You Provide For The Purpose Of Sending Informational And Promotional Messages. We May Immediately Terminate Your Use Of The Bot Or Disable Your Username At Our Sole Discretion. We May Prohibit You From Accessing The Platform For Any Reason, Including For Breach Of Any Of These Terms Of Use, Or If We Believe That You Have Violated Or Acted In A Manner Inconsistent With Any Of The Terms, Or If We Believe Or Any Regulatory Authority Believes That It Is Inappropriate To Continue To Provide You With Platform-Related Information Serve.

8.2 Your Termination

You May Terminate These Terms Of Use By Giving Us 7 Days' Written Notice To Support.

9. Notice

9.1 Our Notices

All Notices Or Other Communications To You If:

Unless Otherwise Provided In These Terms Of Use, The Provisions Of These Terms Of Use And Our Rights And Remedies Under These Terms Of Use Are Cumulative And Do Not Affect Any Rights We May Have Under These Terms Of Use. Rights Or Remedies.

If You Use The Bot Or Services After That Date, You Are Deemed To Have Accepted The Change. If You Do Not Accept The Changes, You Must Stop Accessing Or Using The Bot And Services And Terminate These Terms Of Use.

10.4 Correction Of Errors

Any Typographical, Clerical Or Other Errors Or Omissions In Any Of Our Acceptances, Invoices Or Other Documents Shall Be Corrected Without Liability On Our Part.

10.5 Language

If These Terms Of Use Are Executed Or Translated In Any Language Other Than English ("Foreign Language Version"), The English Language Version Of These Terms Of Use Shall Prevail Over The Foreign Language Version.

Bigo Technology Pte. Ltd. And Poliakov Daniel Pavlovych Are Separate, Unaffiliated Companies And Are Not Responsible For Each Other’s Services And Products. This Arrangement Is Integral To The Operational Logistics And Financial Management Of The Bot, Ensuring That Services Provided Are Supported By A Robust Financial Structure. Further Details Regarding Financial Processing And Recipient Information Are Maintained In Accordance With Regulatory Requirements And Are Available Upon Legitimate Request.
