Terms of the USDT Earn Campaign

Welcome to Wallet’s USDT Earn Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. In case of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail.

Campaign Key Dates and Terms

1. The Campaign Start Date is May 1st, 2024, at 14:00 UTC.
2. The Campaign End Date is the earliest of July 1st, 2024, at 23:59 UTC or the date on which the Campaign Reward Pool is exhausted.
3. The Eligibility Cut-Off is June 1st, 2024, at 23:59 UTC. You must enter the Campaign by making your first Campaign Deposit before the Eligibility Cut-Off.
4. The Campaign Reward Pool is 5 million TON.
5. Rewards are calculated in USDT but are paid out in TON. 

Eligibility

1. You must be a User of Wallet to participate in the Campaign and must be verified at Identification Levels “Extended” or “Advanced” to claim the Rewards. 
2. If you are verified at Identification Level “Basic,” you will not be able to claim your Rewards until you progress to a higher Identification Level. 
3. If you are verified at Identification Level “Basic” at the Campaign End Date, you will not be able to claim your Rewards at all. Your full Rewards balance will be forfeited and you will be left only with your Campaign Deposit balance.
4. Your Identification Level does not impact your ability to withdraw the Campaign Deposit (see paras 3.2. and 3.3).
5. You cannot enter the Campaign and you will be disqualified from it if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement, Wallet’s internal policies and these Terms.
6. To participate in the Campaign, your first Campaign Deposit should be made by the Eligibility Cut-Off.

Campaign Deposit Terms

1. Campaign Deposits are made in USDT. You enter the Campaign by committing your Wallet’s USDT balance up to the amount specified in para. 3.4 below. The committed Wallet USDT balance will appear as your Campaign Deposit balance.
2. Users may withdraw their full Campaign Deposit balance at any time. Withdrawing the full Campaign Deposit before the Campaign End Date terminates your participation in the Campaign, and you forfeit any Rewards accrued the previous calendar day. You remain eligible for any other accrued but not claimed Rewards.
3. Any Campaign Deposit balance cannot be withdrawn partially during the Campaign.
4. Each User is allowed to commit up to 3,000 USDT as Campaign Deposit(s) at a Campaign cycle. Your first Campaign Deposit and subsequent top-ups cumulatively cannot be higher than this limit. If you top-up, the Rewards will accrue on your updated Campaign Deposit balance from 00:01 UTC of the next calendar day.

Rewards

1. The exhaustion of the Campaign Reward Pool ends the Campaign. Wallet may revise the Campaign Reward Pool at any given time with no notice to the Users.
2. Rewards accrue on a daily basis from the first Campaign Deposit you make after the Campaign Start Date to the Campaign End Date unless you have withdrawn your full Campaign Deposit earlier (see para 3.2. of the Terms).
3. Wallet offers a tiered Annual Percentage Yield (APY) structure, directly rewarding you based on the duration of your commitment to the Campaign. The exact APY structure for this Campaign can be found in the FAQ section (English version, Russian version). The APY structure is not fixed and may change at Wallet’s discretion.
4. Rewards are calculated daily in USDT based on the Campaign Deposit balance at 23:59 of the previous calendar day. Rewards are paid out in TON. The applicable USDT/TON exchange rate is the prevailing exchange rate as communicated by Wallet.
5. Rewards can be claimed by the User at any time. Rewards are not automatically distributed. To claim, Users must click the “Claim” button and enter a valid on-chain TON address. This TON address will be the only address you can use to claim your Rewards.
6. You will not be able to receive the Rewards if Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement, Wallet’s internal policies and these Terms at any point in time during the Campaign, including when after the Campaign End Date you make a Rewards claim.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, unless stated here otherwise, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Disclaimer

1. We do not guarantee any Rewards on the Campaign Deposits. 
2. Technical difficulties on Wallet or Telegram may interfere with the Campaign and even lead to its suspension or early termination. 
3. Your participation in the Campaign is at your own risk.
