Terms & Conditions: Valentine’s Day Dinner Giveaway

Welcome to Wallet’s Valentine’s Day Dinner Giveaway (the "Dinner Giveaway”). By participating in the Dinner Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). 

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail. 

Giveaway Key Dates and Terms

1. The Campaign Start Date is February 14, 2025 at 13:00 UTC. 
2. The Campaign End Date is February 16, 2025 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility

1. To participate in the Dinner Giveaway, you must be a User of Wallet.
2. You cannot participate in the Dinner Giveaway if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Wallet’s internal policies.
3. If Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the announcement of your eligibility for the Prize and the disbursement moment, you may be disqualified from receiving the Prize.

Participation

1. To enter the Dinner Giveaway, participants must leave a comment under the dedicated post in our Telegram communities or our X social media account, sharing a story about their loved one or a personal love story.

2. Additionally, participants may post a photo of their celebration in a Telegram Story, mentioning Wallet and using the hashtag #LoveIsWallet. However, this will not provide a guaranteed advantage in the prize selection process.

3. Your comment or photo must not:

• Contain content that infringes, misappropriates, or violates a third party’s intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
• Violate or encourage any conduct that would violate any applicable law or regulation, or would give rise to civil liability;
• Be fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive;
• Be defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive;
• Promote discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group;
• Be violent or threatening, or promote violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity;
• Promote illegal or harmful activities or substances.

This list is not exhaustive, and Wallet reserves the right to update it and remove any inappropriate content at its sole discretion.

4. Wallet also reserves the right to disqualify or remove any submission that violates these Terms or its internal policies.

Prize

1. The total prize pool is $4,200 in USDT. Each winner can receive up to $100 in USDT as a Valentine’s Day dinner gift from Wallet. Each participant is eligible for only one prize.
2. Wallet will randomly select 14 winners from each Wallet Telegram community and Wallet X social media account of where the Dinner Giveaway announcement was shared, for a total of 42 winners. The winners will be announced in a public post, highlighting their comments.
3. Winners who participated in the Dinner Giveaway in the Telegram community will receive a Valentine’s Day Dinner gift from Wallet, credited to their Wallet account within 7 calendar days after the Campaign End Date. 
4. To receive the Valentine's Day Dinner gift, winners who participated in the Dinner Giveaway in the X social media account must contact Wallet via direct messages in X social media using the same account that they used to post their comment in the announcement post.
5. You must be verified at Identification Levels “Extended” or “Advanced” in Wallet to receive the Valentine's Day Dinner gift.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.
