Terms & Conditions: Dollars Earn Campaign

Date: 9th of April, 2025

Welcome to the Dollars Earn Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). 

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail. However, where a specific provision under these Terms does not derogate from but rather supplements the general provisions, such specific provision shall prevail.

Campaign Overview

1. If you participate in the Campaign your Rewards will come from Wallet passing on the USDT balance you set aside for the Campaign to the EVAA protocol which is a decentralized lending protocol deployed across the TON blockchain.
2. The Campaign starts on April 9, 2025, and has no set end date. Participation is available at any time during the Campaign. Wallet reserves the right to change the duration of the Campaign at its sole discretion.
3. The name "Dollars Earn" refers solely to the name of the Campaign and does not relate to any fiat currency with the word “dollars” in its name, any traditional financial instruments, or similar concepts.

Eligibility

1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a User of Wallet and must be verified at least at Identification Levels “Basic”. Depending on Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2. You are not eligible to access the Campaign if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise had your permissions limited by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement, these Terms, or Wallet’s internal policies.
3. You may be ineligible to receive Rewards if Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement, these Terms, or Wallet’s internal policies between the time Rewards were accrued and the time you attempt to withdraw them to your Wallet balance.
4. The Campaign may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. Wallet reserves the right to modify its availability in specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

Balance Committed to the Campaign

1. To commit your USDT to the Campaign you must transfer a specified amount of USDT from your balance to a separate Dollars Earn account within Wallet. 
2. The minimum balance commitment required for the Campaign is 1 (one) USDT.
3. You may commit up to a specific maximum amount of USDT to your Dollars Earn account. The applicable limit is displayed within the Wallet interface at the time you transfer USDT from your balance to the Dollars Earn account designated for the Campaign.
4. Wallet reserves the right to modify the minimum and maximum individual commitment requirements at any time and at its sole discretion.
5. Wallet may, from time to time and at its sole discretion, limit or suspend the option to commit additional USDT to the Campaign, including by restricting transfers to the Dollars Earn balance.
6. You may initiate a withdrawal of your USDT either in full or in part, from your Dollars Earn account at any time. Withdrawing the full committed balance will terminate your participation in the Campaign. To rejoin the Campaign, simply transfer the required minimum balance or more to your Dollars Earn account.

Rewards

1. You are rewarded based on the duration of your participation in the Campaign and the performance of the EVAA protocol. The Rewards are generated directly through the protocol’s lending process and passed down to Wallet, which then distributes the Rewards to Campaign participants.
2. The specific APY structure for this Campaign is updated daily and is visible in Wallet’s interface for your Dollars Earn account. The APY structure is not fixed and may be adjusted at Wallet’s discretion. Please note that any related fees may be taken into account when calculating the specific amount of your Rewards. 3. Rewards are calculated daily based on the Dollars Earn balance from the previous day. Rewards are calculated only for full calendar days on which you have committed your USDT to the Campaign. 
4. Rewards are credited automatically to your Dollars Earn account on a daily basis, allowing for the calculation of further Rewards based on compound interest. Accrued Rewards from previous periods increase your committed balance throughout your participation in the Campaign unless you partially or fully withdraw the Rewards credited to your Dollars Earn account.
5. You acknowledge that past performance is not indicative of future Rewards, and Rewards may fluctuate or be discontinued at Wallet’s sole discretion.

Risk Disclosure & Limitation of Liability

1. Wallet makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the profitability, returns, or any financial or economic benefits associated with participation in the Campaign. Wallet does not warrant or guarantee the suitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or the achievement of any expected results from the Campaign. Participation is solely at the User’s own risk.
2. The Campaign is not a traditional financial deposit, investment product, or savings account, and it does not carry any guarantees or protections comparable to those offered by financial institutions or regulated financial instruments.
3. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wallet shall not be liable for any losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive, including but not limited to loss of assets, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the Campaign, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise.
4. Wallet does not own or control the blockchain or smart contracts and makes no guarantees regarding their availability, reliability, or uninterrupted functionality. Wallet is not liable for any smart-contract-related risks, smart contract failures, network congestion, governance changes, experience system failures, unplanned interruptions in blockchain network or services, hardware or software defects, security breaches or any other causes that could adversely affect blockchain network or respective smart contracts. The availability and amount of Rewards may be affected by these factors, and Wallet does not guarantee any specific return or continuous accrual of Rewards.
5. The Campaign may not be available to you in your country of residence, and Wallet does not guarantee access to or participation in the Campaign in any specific jurisdiction.

Termination

Wallet may terminate or suspend your access to the Campaign at any time, with or without prior notice and without liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you will no longer be able to participate in the Campaign, and any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination shall not be affected unless otherwise stated.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.
