Terms & Conditions: TON Earn Giveaway Week 2

Welcome to Wallet’s TON Earn Giveaway Week 2 (the "Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). 

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail. 

Giveaway Key Dates and Terms

1. The Giveaway Start Date is 21th of March, 2025 at 15:00 UTC.
2. The Giveaway End Date is 28th of March, 2025 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility

1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must be a User of Wallet and must be verified at Identification Levels “Basic” to receive the Rewards. Depending on Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2. You cannot participate in the Giveaway if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Wallet’s internal policies.
3. If Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the announcement of your eligibility for the Prize and the disbursement moment, you may be disqualified from receiving the Prize.

Participation

1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must commit a minimum of 10 TON or more to your Earn account, depending on the Prize Pool cohort you wish to participate in, as described below.
2. The eligible balance commitment must be transferred to your Earn account at any time during the Giveaway but no later than 24 hours before the  Giveaway End Date.
3. To remain eligible for the Prize, participants must not withdraw their deposit from the Earn account until the  Giveaway End Date. If you withdraw the minimum required deposit for participation in the Giveaway before the winners’ announcement, you will be disqualified from the Giveaway and will not be eligible to receive any prizes.

Prize

1. The total Prize Pool for the Giveaway is equivalent to 10,000 (ten thousand) USDT. Wallet reserves the right to modify the Prize Pool at any time without prior notice to Users.
2. Prizes will be distributed among 300 randomly selected eligible participants in each cohort, based on the committed balance in their Earn account as of the Giveaway End Date, as follows:
   - 100 randomly selected eligible participants with a committed balance of 10 TON to 30 TON in their Earn account will share USD 2,000 in TON.
   - 100 randomly selected  eligible participants with a committed balance of 31 TON to 300 TON in their Earn account will shareUSD 3,000 in TON.
   - 100 randomly selected  eligible participants with a committed balance exceeding 301 TON in their Earn account will share USD 5,000 in TON.
3. The winner selection process will take place within 72 hours after the Giveaway End Date. The Prizes will be credited to the Wallet account of winners within 5 calendar days from the winner selection.
4. Users may contact @wallet_supportbot within 7 days after the Giveaway End Date for any Prize-related issues. After this period, all Prizes will be considered final and will not be subject to revision.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Wallet is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or malfunctions that may affect your ability to participate in the Giveaway or receive or use Prize.
