Terms & Conditions: TON & Gold Earn Campaign

Welcome to Wallet’s TON - Gold Earn Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail. However, where a specific provision under these Terms does not derogate from but rather supplements the general provisions, such specific provision shall prevail.

Campaign Key Dates and Terms

1. The Campaign Start Date is 11th August 2025 at 12:00 UTC.
2. 1.2. The Campaign End Date is 25th August 2025 at 23:59 UTC. The Campaign is initially scheduled to last for 15 calendar days, although this duration may be subject to change at Wallet's sole discretion. For the most up-to-date information on the Campaign End Date, please refer to the FAQ section [FAQ in English, FAQ in Russian].
3. The term “Gold” refers solely to the Tether Gold (XAUt) token as used for the purposes of the Campaign. 

Eligibility

1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a User of Wallet and verified at least at the “Basic” Identification Level. Depending on Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2. You are not eligible to participate if your account has been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement or Wallet’s internal policies.
3. You may not be able to receive the Rewards if Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the moment you make the Rewards claim and the moment they are actually disbursed to your Wallet balance.
4. To participate in the Campaign, you must transfer the required minimum balance of TON or more to your TON& Gold Earn Account (“Earn Account”) on any day during the Campaign period, but no later than 24 hours prior to the Campaign End Date.
5. The Campaign may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. Wallet reserves the right to modify its availability in specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

Balance Committed to the Campaign

1. To commit TON to the Campaign, you must transfer a specified amount of TON from your Wallet balance to a separate Earn Account within Wallet.
2. You may withdraw your TON committed to the Earn Account in full at any time. However, withdrawing the full balance before the Campaign End Date will terminate your participation in the Campaign, and you will forfeit any Rewards accrued for the previous calendar day. You will remain eligible to claim any Rewards accrued prior to the date of full withdrawal.
3. Each User may commit between 0.1 (one tenth) and 3,000.00 (three thousand) TON. You may top up your Earn Account at any time, provided that the total committed balance does not exceed this maximum limit. The minimum commitment amount is 0.1 (one tenth) of TON.
4. Rewards will begin to accrue on your updated committed balance from 00:01 UTC on the following calendar day. Both the minimum and maximum commitment thresholds may be subject to change at Wallet’s sole discretion. For the most up-to-date information on Campaign requirements, please refer to the FAQ section [FAQ in English, FAQ in Russian].You may initiate a withdrawal of your committed TON, either in full or in part, from your Earn Account at any time. Withdrawing the full committed balance will terminate your participation in the Campaign.

Rewards

1. The Campaign Reward Pool is set in XAUt and has a limited amount. Once the Reward Pool is exhausted, the Campaign will end. Wallet may revise the size of the Reward Pool at any time without notice.
2. Wallet offers a tiered Annual Percentage Yield (“APY”) structure consisting of: (i) Boosted rewards (“Boosted APY”) applicable to the portion of your committed balance up to and including 300 TON; and (ii) Basic rewards (“Basic APY”) applicable to the portion of your committed balance above 300 TON and up to and including 3,000.00 TON (collectively, the “Rewards”). The exact APY structure for this Campaign can be found in the FAQ section [FAQ in English, FAQ in Russian]. The APY structure is not fixed and may be amended by Wallet at its discretion.
3. Rewards accrue on a daily basis in XAUt from the first time you commit a specified amount of TON to the Earn account after the Campaign Start Date and will continue  and continue until the earlier of the Campaign End Date or the exhaustion of the Reward Pool, unless you withdraw your committed balance in full earlier. Rewards are calculated only for full calendar days on which you have committed your TON to the Campaign. Rewards are paid in XAUt.
4. APY is non-compounding. Rewards are calculated using simple interest based solely on your committed balance, and are initially calculated in TON. They are then converted to XAUt at the applicable exchange rate and automatically transferred daily to your separate Rewards Balance. The minimum amount for Rewards withdrawal is 0.000001 XAUt. If your Rewards balance is below this amount, you will not be able to withdraw it until it increases to meet or exceed the threshold.
5. Following the Campaign End Date, Wallet may, at its sole discretion, close your Rewards Balance and Earn Account and transfer the entire amount to your Wallet balance.

Amendments

Wallet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication, and your continued participation in the Campaign shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

Disclaimer

Wallet does not guarantee any profits or protection of committed balances or Rewards. Technical difficulties or other disruptions may interfere with or terminate the Campaign. Participation is at your own risk.
