Terms & Conditions: TG Stars Campaign

Welcome to TON Space’s TG Stars Campaign (the "Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

These Terms are an integral part of TON Space’s Terms of Use. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, Terms of Use will prevail. 

Campaign Key Dates and Terms

1. The Campaign Start Date is March 19, 2025 at 11:00 CET. 
2. The Campaign End Date is March 26, 2025 at 11:00 CET.

Participation

1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a registered User of TON Space and comply with TON Space’s Terms of Use.
2. To qualify for a Prize, participants must top up TG Stars balance in their TON Space interface for specified amounts: 100, 250 or 500 TG Stars. 
3. Only TG Stars top-ups to TG Stars balance in the TON Space made during the Campaign period will be eligible for a prize.
4. If you request a refund for TG Stars added to your TON Space balance during the Campaign period, you will forfeit your eligibility to participate in the Campaign and receive any Prize, including NFT badge.

Prize Distribution

1. Participants who meet the eligibility requirements will receive an exclusive NFT badge, which corresponds to their respective TG Stars purchase tier. These NFTs will serve as a recognition of their participation and engagement in the Campaign.
2. Eligible purchases qualify for one of the following NFT badge levels:
   - Bronze – 100 TG Stars
   - Silver – 250 TG Stars
   - Gold – 500 TG Stars
3. Participants who receive NFT badges will have the opportunity to participate in a giveaway for a Prize.
4. The total Prize Pool is structured as follows: 
   - Bronze NFT holders will share $1,000 in USDT;
   - Silver NFT holders will share $2,000 in USDT;
   - Gold NFT holders will share $3,000 in USDT.
5. Within each tier, 100 randomly selected users will be chosen to receive a portion of the respective prize pool.
6. All prizes will be distributed within seven (7) calendar days following the official Campaign End Date to users TON Space wallet. The distribution process will be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Campaign, ensuring transparency and fairness for all eligible participants.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any profits or protection of Deposits and Rewards. Technical difficulties on TON Space’s side may interfere with the Campaign and even end it. Your participation is at your own risk.
