Terms & Conditions: TAC Learn Campaign

Welcome to TAC Learn Campaign (the "Campaign”). By participating in the Earn Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail. 

Campaign Key Dates and Terms

1. The Campaign Start Date is 8th of August, 2025 at 13:00 UTC. 
2. The Campaign End Date is 22th of August, 2025 at 23:59 UTC.

Participation

1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a User of Wallet and verified at least at the “Basic” Identification Level. Depending on Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2. 2.2. You are not eligible to participate if your account has been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement or Wallet’s internal policies.
3. 2.3. You may not be able to receive the Prize if Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the moment you make the Rewards claim and the moment they are actually disbursed to your Wallet balance.
4. To qualify for the Prize, you must complete at least one of the following tasks:
   ● Complete all educational materials made available via TAC Learn Bot (“TAC Learn Bot”); and/or
   ● Commit a minimum of 1000 TAC to TAC Earn Account under TAC Earn Campaign.
5. Please note that your commitment and participation in the TAC Earn Campaign will be governed by respective terms and conditions.

Prize

1. The Total Prize Pool amounts to 500,000.00 (five hundred thousand) TAC, and will be distributed as follows:
   ● Prize Pool of 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand) TAC is allocated to participants who complete the educational course via TAC Learn Bot. Each of the first eligible users will receive 50 TAC as a Prize. Once this portion of the Prize Pool is exhausted, no further Prizes will be awarded under this category. Prizes under this category will be credited to eligible participants’ balances in Crypto Wallet in batches every forty-eight (48) hours during the Campaign period, or until the Prize Pool allocated to this category is fully exhausted, whichever occurs first.
   
   ● Prize Pool of 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand) TAC will be randomly distributed among eligible participants who commit at least 1000 TAC to TAC Earn Account in crypto Wallet within the Campaign period and complete the educational course via TAC Learn Bot. A total of 600 winners will be selected, each receiving 500 (five hundred) TAC. The winner selection process will take place within 72 hours after the Campaign End Date. The Prizes will be credited to the winners’ Crypto Wallet balances shortly after the winner selection, and no later than this 72 hours period.
2. You may receive only one Prize per category of the Campaign. It is strictly prohibited to abuse the Campaign in an attempt to claim a Prize under each category more than once through dishonest means. If it is determined that you have attempted to claim a Prize under the respective category more than once, you will only remain eligible for one Prize, and all additional claims may be rejected.

TAC Learn Bot

1. The Campaign takes place via TAC Learn Bot which is developed and operated by a third party, Robobobo GmbH, which acts solely as the hosting provider of the bot. The Campaign itself is organized and managed by TON Space.
2. By interacting with TAC Learn Bot, you acknowledge and agree that Robobobo GmbH acts as a data processor on behalf of Crypto Wallet, solely for the purpose of operating the bot in connection with this Campaign. In this capacity, Robobobo GmbH may collect your Telegram account identifier, and will transfer such data exclusively to us to facilitate your participation in Сampaign.
3. All personal data collected and processed in connection with your use of TAC Learn Bot for the purposes of participating in the Campaign is handled in accordance with Privacy Policy.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Disclaimer

Wallet does not guarantee any profits or protection of committed balances or Rewards. Technical difficulties or other disruptions may interfere with or terminate the Campaign. Participation is at your own risk.
