Terms & Conditions: New Year Campaign

Welcome to Wallet’s New Year Campaign (the "NY Campaign”). By participating in the NY Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail.

NY Campaign Key Dates and Terms

The Campaign Start Date is December 25, 2024 at 13:00 UTC.
The Campaign End Date is December 31, 2024 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility

To participate in the NY Campaign, you must be a User of Wallet and must be verified at Identification Levels “Extended” or “Advanced” to receive the Rewards.
You cannot participate in the NY Campaign if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Wallet’s internal policies.
You may not be able to receive the Rewards if Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the announcement of your entitlement to the Rewards and the moment they are actually disbursed to your Wallet balance.

Participation

To participate in the NY Campaign, a User must complete a minimum one of the Tasks described below. Points are awarded for successfully completing the tasks.

Tasks:

Deposit in Wallet: Get 10 points for every deposit of at least 10 USDT into your Wallet account from an external wallet. Each deposit must meet the minimum requirement of the 10 USDT, and you can get points for up to 100 separate top-ups. Points are awarded for each deposit that meets the 10 USDT threshold.
Buy DOGS on P2P or by card: Get 20 points for every transaction of at least 25,000.00 DOGS on the P2P platform or top up your Wallet by card. Points are awarded based on the exact amount bought, without any rounding. For example, if you buy 26,000.00 DOGS, you will receive 20 points; similarly, a transaction of 50,000.00 DOGS will earn you 40 points. Please note that points for P2P Purchase are awarded only for completed purchase created in response to an existing ad (own ads not eligible), with no limit on the number of transactions.
Exchange MAJOR: Receive 15 points for each exchange of any supported virtual currency into MAJOR, provided the transaction is worth at least 25 MAJOR. This task can be completed unlimited times, but each exchange must be a minimum of 25 MAJOR. Points are calculated based on the exact amount exchanged, with no rounding. For example, an exchange of the equivalent to 30 MAJOR will result in 15 points, while an exchange to 50 MAJOR will result in 30 points.
Send 1 USDT: Get 5 points for each transfer of at least 1 USDT to another unique Wallet user via the Telegram Messenger. The maximum number of transfers is 100. Points are awarded only for transfers to a different contact each time; transfers to the same contact do not count. If the recipient is not a Wallet user, they must confirm the transfer transaction for points to be awarded.
Open MAJOR App: Open the @major app on Telegram accessible at https://t.me/major to receive 3 points. This task can only be completed once.
Follow the @sticker_community Channel: Join the Telegram channel @sticker_community to receive 3 points. Please note, this task can only be completed once.
Open @sticker_bot: Open the @sticker_bot app on Telegram or access it via @starmajorbot) to receive 3 points. This task can only be completed once.

Rewards

The total Rewards pool, valued at $60,000.00 (sixty thousand USD) in MAJOR, DOGS, and USDT, will be distributed among the top 1,000 participants who accumulate the highest points across all tasks and successfully verify their wallet accounts at the "Extended" or "Advanced" identification levels. The current leaderboard is available for viewing in the Campaign bot.
For more information on the Rewards structure and eligibility, please refer to the FAQ section [FAQ in English, FAQ in Russian]. The Rewards structure is not fixed and may change at Wallet’s discretion.
Rewards will be distributed within 20 calendar days following the Campaign End Date.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any profits or protection of Deposits and Rewards. Technical difficulties on Wallet’s side may interfere with the Campaign and even end it. Your participation is at your own risk.
