Terms & Conditions: MAJOR Earn Campaign

Welcome to Wallet’s MAJOR Earn Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail. However, where a specific provision under these Terms does not derogate from but rather supplements the general provisions, such specific provision shall prevail.

Campaign Key Dates and Terms

1. The Campaign Start Date is June 11th, 2025 at 12:00 UTC time. 
2. The Campaign End Date is December 10th, 2025 at 23:59 UTC time. The Campaign is initially scheduled to last for 180 calendar days, although this duration may be subject to change at Wallet's discretion. Eligibility

1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a User of Wallet and must be verified at least at Identification Levels “Basic”. Depending on Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2. You cannot participate in the Campaign if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet  for any reason under the User Agreement and Wallet’s internal policies.
3. Wallet reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take appropriate measures — including restricting or suspending access to the Campaign and withholding any Rewards (in whole or in part) — in the event that any abuse, multi-accounting, fraudulent conduct, or similar breach is identified.
4. You may not be able to receive the Rewards if Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the moment you make the Rewards claim and the moment they are actually disbursed to your Wallet balance.
5. To participate in the Campaign, you should transfer the required minimum balance or more to your MAJOR Earn account (“Earn account”) on any day during the term of the Campaign, but at least 24 hours before the Campaign End Date.
6. The Campaign may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. Wallet reserves the right to modify its availability in specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

Balance Committed to the Campaign

1. To commit your MAJOR to the Campaign you must transfer a specified amount of MAJOR from your balance to a separate Earn account within Wallet. 
2. Each User is allowed to commit from 1(one) MAJOR to 13,000.00 (thirteen thousand) MAJOR. You can top-up your Earn account up to this 13,000.00 (thirteen thousand) MAJOR limit. The minimum commitment amount is 0.1 (zero point one) MAJOR. The Rewards will accrue on your updated Rewards balance from 00:01 GMT time of the next calendar day. Please note that both the minimum and maximum balance commitments required to participate in the Campaign may be subject to change at Wallet's discretion. 3. You may initiate a withdrawal of your MAJOR committed to Earn account either in full or in part, from your Earn account at any time. Withdrawing the full committed balance will terminate your participation in the Campaign.

Rewards

1. The Campaign Reward Pool is set at 320,000.00 (three hundred twenty thousand) MAJOR. The exhaustion of the Campaign Reward Pool ends the Campaign. Wallet may revise the Campaign Reward Pool at any given time with no notice to the Users.
2. Rewards accrue on a daily basis from the first time you commit a specified amount of MAJOR to the Earn account after the Campaign Start Date and will continue until the Campaign End Date, unless you withdraw your full balance earlier.
3. Wallet offers a tiered Annual Percentage Yield (APY) structure, directly rewarding you based on the duration of your commitment to the Campaign. The exact APY structure for this Campaign can be found at FAQ section  [FAQ in English, FAQ in Russian]. The APY structure is not fixed and may change at Wallet’s discretion. 
4. Rewards are calculated daily in MAJOR based on the committed balance to the Earn account of the previous calendar day in MAJOR and are paid out in MAJOR. 
5. Please note that the APY is not compounded — Rewards are calculated using simple interest, based solely on your committed balance, since the accrued Rewards are automatically transferred to your separate Rewards balance on a daily basis. You may withdraw your Rewards from Rewards balance at any time, and they will be credited to your main Wallet balance upon withdrawal.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any profits or protection of committed balances and Rewards. Technical difficulties on Wallet’s side may interfere with the Campaign and even end it. Your participation is at your own risk.
