Terms & Conditions: Earn Giveaway

Date: June 17, 2025

Welcome to Wallet’s Earn Giveaway (the "Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). 

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail.

Giveaway Key Dates and Terms

1. The Giveaway Start Date is 19th of June, 2025 at 12:00 UTC.
2. The Giveaway End Date is 26th of June, 2025 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility

1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must be a User of Wallet and must be verified at Identification Levels “Basic” to receive the Rewards. Depending on Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2. You cannot participate in the Giveaway if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Wallet’s internal policies.
3. If Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the announcement of your eligibility for the Prize and the disbursement moment, you may be disqualified from receiving the Prize.

Participation

1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must do one of the following:
   
   - Join the MAJOR Earn Campaign, if not already joined, and commit a minimum of 100 MAJOR to respective Earn balance during the Giveaway period; or
   
   - Join the DOGS Earn Campaign, if not already joined, and commit a minimum of 150,000 DOGS to respective Earn balance during the Giveaway period; or
   
   - Join the TON Earn Campaign, if not already joined, and commit a minimum of 7 TON to respective Earn balance during the Giveaway period; or
2. Satisfying more than one of the above conditions does not increase your chances of winning a Prize.
3. The required minimum balance must be committed at any time during the Giveaway period, but in no event later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to Giveaway End Date.
4. To remain eligible for the Prize, participants must not withdraw their deposit on Earn account until the Giveaway End Date. If you withdraw the minimum required commitment for participation in the Giveaway before the winners’ announcement, you will be disqualified from the Giveaway and will not be eligible to receive any Prizes.

Prize

1. The total Prize Pool for the Giveaway is $5,000 (five thousand) in USDT, which will be distributed among 250 randomly selected winners. The winner selection process will take place within 72 hours after the Giveaway End Date.
2. Each selected winner will receive $20 in USDT, which will be credited directly to their Wallet balance. The distribution of Prizes will be completed within 72 hours after  the Giveaway End Date.
3. Users may contact @wallet_supportbot within 7 days after the Giveaway End Date for any Prize-related issues. After this period, all Prizes will be considered final and will not be subject to revision.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Wallet is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or malfunctions that may affect your ability to participate in the Giveaway or receive or use Prize.
