Terms & Conditions: Dollars Earn Giveaway Week 1

Welcome to Wallet’s Dollars Earn Giveaway (the "Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). 

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail. 

Giveaway Key Dates and Terms

1. The Giveaway Start Date is July 14th, 2025 at 12:00 UTC. 
2. The Giveaway End Date is July 20th, 2025 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility

1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must be a User of Wallet and must be verified at Identification Levels “Basic” to receive the Rewards. Depending on Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2. You cannot participate in the Giveaway if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Wallet’s internal policies.
3. If Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the announcement of your eligibility for the Prize and the disbursement moment, you may be disqualified from receiving the Prize.

Participation

1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must take part in the Dollars Earn x Ethena Campaign (the “Earn Campaign”), either as an existing participant (a “Current Participant”) or by joining the Earn Campaign for the first time during the Giveaway period (a “New User”).
2. To be eligible for participation in the Giveaway, the following apply:
   - If you are a New User, you must commit a minimum of 20 USDt to your Earn account under the Earn Campaign within the Giveaway period.
   - If you are a Current Participant, you must make a new commitment  of at least 100 USDt to your Earn account during the Giveaway period in order to qualify. Please note that only new commitments made to your Earn account during the Giveaway period will qualify for participation in the Giveaway. If you withdrew your previously committed balance during the Campaign (in whole or in part) and then made a new commitment of the minimum required amount, such action will not be deemed a qualifying commitment for the purposes of this Giveaway.
3. The minimum balance commitment required for participation in the Giveaway may be made at any time during the Giveaway period, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours before the Giveaway End Date.
4. To remain eligible for the Prize, participants must not withdraw their deposit on Earn account until the winner selection process. If you participate in the Giveaway and withdraw any committed balance from your Earn Account during the  Giveaway period and before the winners’ announcement, you will be disqualified from the Giveaway and will not be eligible to receive any prizes. 

Prize

1. The total Prize Pool for the Giveaway is divided into two categories:
   - New Participants: A Prize Pool of $5,000 (five thousand) in USDT will be distributed among 1,000 randomly selected winners, with each winner receiving 5 USDT;
   - Existing Participants: A dedicated Prize Pool of $10,000 (ten thousand) in USDT will be distributed among 1,000 randomly selected winners, with each winner receiving 10 USDT.
2. The winner selection process will be conducted within seventy-two (72) hours following the Giveaway End Date. Prizes will be credited directly to each winner’s Wallet balance, and distribution will be completed within seven (7) calendar days of the Giveaway’s conclusion.
3. Participants may contact @wallet_supportbot regarding any Prize-related issues within seven (7) days after the Giveaway End Date. After this period, all Prize allocations shall be deemed final and will not be subject to further review or modification.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.
