Terms & Conditions: Dollars Earn Giveaway 2

Welcome to Wallet’s Dollars Hold&Earn Giveaway (the "Giveaway”). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). 

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail. 

Giveaway Key Dates and Terms

1. The Giveaway Start Date is August 7th, 2025 at 15:00 UTC. 
2. The Giveaway End Date is August 21st, 2025 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility

1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must be a User of Wallet and must be verified at Identification Levels “Basic” to receive the Rewards. Depending on Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2. You cannot participate in the Giveaway if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Wallet’s internal policies.
3. If Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement, these Terms, or the Terms and Conditions of the Dollars Earn x Ethena Campaign (the “Earn Campaign”) at any time between the announcement of your eligibility for the Prize and the moment of its disbursement, you may be disqualified from receiving the Prize.

Participation

1. To participate in the Giveaway, you must take part in the Earn Campaign, either as an existing participant or by joining the Earn Campaign for the first time.
2. To be eligible for the Giveaway, you must make a new commitment of at least 500 (five hundred) USDT to the Earn Campaign at any time from the Giveaway Start Date and no later than 14 August 2025 at 23:59 UTC. This commitment must be both new and continuous. 
3. Any balance committed to the Earn Campaign prior to the Giveaway Start Date shall not qualify for eligibility. Any withdrawal of a committed balance from your Dollar Earn account (“Earn Account”) under the Earn Campaign during the Giveaway period, regardless of the amount, will result in disqualification. If you withdraw any amount from your Earn account and subsequently re-commit the same or any other amount during the Giveaway period, you will not be eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
4. The minimum balance commitment required for participation in the Giveaway may be made no later than 14 August 2025 at 23:59 UTC.
5. To remain eligible for the Prize, you must not withdraw any portion of your committed balance from your Earn Account at any time during the Giveaway period. If you withdraw any amount before the Giveaway End Date, you will be disqualified from the Giveaway and will not be eligible to receive any Prize.

Prize

1. The total Prize Pool for the Giveaway is 15,000.00 (fifteen thousand) USDT.
2. Six (6) winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible participants. The Prizes will be distributed as follows:
3. One (1) winner will receive 10,000.00 (ten thousand) USDT;
4. Five (5) winners will each receive 1,000.00 (one thousand) USDT.
5. The winner selection process will be conducted within three (3) calendar days following the Giveaway End Date. Prizes will be credited directly to each winner’s Wallet account, and distribution will be completed within seven (7) calendar days of the Giveaway’s conclusion.
6. Participants may contact @wallet_supportbot for any Prize-related inquiries within seven (7) calendar days after the Giveaway End Date. After this period, all Prize allocations shall be considered final and will not be subject to further review, adjustment, or dispute.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Wallet is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or malfunctions that may affect your ability to participate in the Giveaway or receive or use Prize.

Mentions of "Dollar Earn"  or “Dollars Earn” refers solely to the name of the Campaign and does not relate to any fiat currency with the word “dollars” in its name, any traditional financial instruments, or similar concepts.
