Terms & Conditions: DOGS Cashback Campaign

Welcome to Wallet’s DOGS Cashback Campaign (the "Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail.

Campaign Key Dates and Terms

1. The Campaign Start Date is April 30, 2025 at 13:00 UTC. 
2. The Campaign End Date is May 3, 2025 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility

1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a User of Wallet and must be verified at Identification Levels “Extended” or “Advanced” to receive the Rewards.
2. You cannot participate in the Campaign if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Wallet’s internal policies.
3. You may not be able to receive the Rewards if Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the announcement of your entitlement to the Rewards and the moment they are actually disbursed to your Wallet balance.

Participation

1. To be eligible for the Campaign, participants must either purchase at least 3 TON on the P2P platform or top up their Wallet using a card.
2. Only the first eligible transaction during the Campaign period qualifies for a Reward. Duplicate transactions for the same task will not count towards additional Rewards.

Rewards

1. Participants who have fulfilled the participation requirements for the Campaign will receive a Reward equal to 1% of the eligible transaction amount, credited in DOGS equivalent. The maximum amount of Reward is 65,000.00 (sixty five thousand) DOGS.
2. The total Rewards pool for the Campaign is 60,000,000.00 (sixty million) DOGS. The exhaustion of the Campaign Reward Pool ends the Campaign. Wallet may revise the Reward Pool at any given time with no notice to the Users.
3. The Rewards structure is not fixed and may change at Wallet’s discretion.
4. Users may contact @wallet_supportbot within 7 days after the end date of Rewards distribution for any Reward-related issues. After this period, all Rewards will be considered final and will not be subject to revision.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any profits or protection of Deposits and Rewards. Technical difficulties on Wallet’s side may interfere with the Campaign and even end it. Your participation is at your own risk. The name "DOGS Cashback" refers exclusively to the title of the Campaign and is not associated with any traditional financial instruments or similar concepts.
