Terms & Conditions (Dogs Campaign)

Welcome to Wallet’s Dogs Campaign (the "Dogs Campaign”). By participating in the Dogs Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement will prevail.

Dogs Campaign Key Dates and Terms

The Campaign Start Date is August 29, 2024 at 13:00 UTC.
The Campaign End Date is September 5, 2024 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility

To participate in the Dogs Campaign, you must be a User of Wallet and must be verified at Identification Levels “Extended” or “Advanced” to receive the Rewards.
You cannot participate in the Dogs Campaign if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Wallet’s internal policies.
You may not be able to receive the Rewards if Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the announcement of your entitlement to the Rewards and the moment they are actually disbursed to your Wallet balance.

Participation

To participate in the Dogs Campaign, a User must complete a minimum two of the tasks listed below of the Tasks described below. Points are awarded for successfully completing the tasks:

Deposit DOGS: Get 10 points for every deposit of at least the equivalent of 5 USD in DOGS into your Wallet account from an external wallet. Each deposit must meet the minimum requirement of 5 USD in DOGS, and you can get points for up to 100 separate top-ups. Points are awarded for each deposit that meets the 5 USD DOGS equivalent threshold.
Buy on P2P or by card: Get 20 points for every transaction of at least the equivalent of 5 USD in DOGS on the P2P platform or top up your Wallet by card. Points are awarded based on the exact amount bought, without any rounding. For example, if you buy the equivalent of 17 USD in DOGS, you will receive 60 points; similarly, a transaction of 20 USD in DOGS will earn you 80 points. Please note that points for P2P Purchase are awarded only for completed purchase created in response to an existing ad (own ads not eligible), with no limit on the number of transactions.
Exchange: Get 20 points for every exchange of at least the equivalent of 5 USD in DOGS. This task can be completed an unlimited number of times; however, each transaction must involve no less than 5 USD in DOGS. Points are awarded based on the exact amount exchanged without rounding off. An exchange of the equivalent of 17 USD in DOGS will result in 60 points, while an exchange of the equivalent of 20 USD in DOGS will result in 80 points.

Rewards

The total Rewards pool for the Dogs Campaign is 140,000.00 (one hundred forty thousand) USD equivalent in DOGS allocated as follows:

Leadership Rewards: 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand) USD equivalent in DOGS will be distributed among the top 1,000 participants who accumulate the most points across all tasks and verify their Wallet account at the Identification Levels “Extended” or “Advanced”. The current Leadership board is accessible in the Campaign bot.
Participation Rewards: 40,000.00 (forty thousand) USD equivalent in DOGS will be equally distributed among all other participants who complete at least two different Tasks specified under Section 3.2 of these Terms at least once and verify their Wallet account at the Identification Levels “Extended” or “Advanced”.

For more information on the Rewards structure and eligibility, please refer to the FAQ section [FAQ in English, FAQ in Russian]. The Rewards structure is not fixed and may change at Wallet’s discretion.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any profits or protection of Deposits and Rewards. Technical difficulties on Wallet’s side may interfere with the Campaign and even end it. Your participation is at your own risk.
