Terms & Conditions: DOGS Earn Campaign

Welcome to Wallet’s Dogs Earn Campaign (the "Campaign"). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms are an integral part of Wallet’s User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail. However, where a specific provision under these Terms does not derogate from but rather supplements the general provisions, such specific provision shall prevail.

Campaign Key Dates and Terms

The Campaign Start Date is April 30th, 2025 at 12:00 UTC time.
The Campaign End Date is May 14th, 2025 at 23:59 UTC time. The Campaign is initially scheduled to last for 14 calendar days, although this duration may be subject to change at Wallet's discretion. Eligibility

To participate in the Campaign, you must be a User of Wallet and must be verified at least at Identification Levels “Basic”. Depending on Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
You cannot participate in the Campaign if you have been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited in permissions by Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement and Wallet’s internal policies.
You may not be able to receive the Rewards if Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the moment you make the Rewards claim and the moment they are actually disbursed to your Wallet balance.
To participate in the Campaign, you should transfer the required minimum balance or more to your DOGS Earn account (“Earn account”) on any day during the term of the Campaign, but at least 24 hours before the Campaign End Date.
The Campaign may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. Wallet reserves the right to modify its availability in specific jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

Balance Committed to the Campaign

To commit your DOGS to the Campaign you must transfer a specified amount of DOGS from your balance to a separate Earn account within Wallet.
Any balance committed to the Earn account can only be withdrawn in full; partial withdrawals are not supported.
Users may withdraw their full balance committed to the Earn account at any time. However, withdrawing the full balance before the Campaign End Date will terminate your participation in the Campaign, and you will forfeit any Rewards accrued for the previous calendar day. You will remain eligible to claim any Rewards accrued during the Campaign that have not been forfeited by withdrawing your full balance prior to the Campaign End Date.
Each User is allowed to commit from 1(one) DOGS to 20,000,000.00 (twenty million) DOGS. You can top-up your Earn account up to this 20,000,000.00 (twenty million) DOGS limit. The minimum commitment amount is 1 (one) DOGS. The Rewards will accrue on your updated Rewards balance from 00:01 GMT time of the next calendar day. Please note that both the minimum and maximum balance commitments required to participate in the Campaign may be subject to change at Wallet's discretion. Rewards

The Campaign Reward Pool is set at 350,000,000.00 (three hundred fifty million) DOGS. The exhaustion of the Campaign Reward Pool ends the Campaign. Wallet may revise the Campaign Reward Pool at any given time with no notice to the Users.
Rewards accrue on a daily basis from the first time you commit a specified amount of DOGS to the Earn account after the Campaign Start Date and will continue until the Campaign End Date, unless you withdraw your full balance earlier.
Wallet offers a tiered Annual Percentage Yield (APY) structure, directly rewarding you based on the duration of your commitment to the Campaign. The exact APY structure for this Campaign can be found at FAQ section. The APY structure is not fixed and may change at Wallet’s discretion.
Rewards are calculated daily in DOGS based on the committed balance to the Earn account of the previous calendar day in DOGS and are paid out in DOGS.
If you do not claim your Rewards and do not withdraw your full balance committed to the Earn account before the Campaign End Date, the unclaimed Rewards and the remaining balance committed to the Earn account will be automatically transferred to your Wallet balance within 3 calendar days after the Campaign End Date.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and your continued participation after such posting will constitute acceptance of the changes.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any profits or protection of committed balances and Rewards. Technical difficulties on Wallet’s side may interfere with the Campaign and even end it. Your participation is at your own risk.
