Terms & Conditions: Crypto Wallet’s Birthday Campaign

Date: September 8, 2025

Welcome to Crypto Wallet’s Birthday Campaign (the "Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). 

These Terms are an integral part of Crypto Wallet’s User Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the User Agreement, the User Agreement shall prevail. However, where a specific provision under these Terms does not derogate from but rather supplements the general provisions, such specific provision shall prevail.

Campaign Key Dates and Terms

1. The Campaign Start Date is 8th September, 2025 at 13:00 UTC. 
2. The Campaign End Date is 11th September, 2025 at 23:59 UTC.

Eligibility

1. To participate in the Campaign, you must be a User of Crypto Wallet and verified at least at the “Basic” Identification Level. Depending on Crypto Wallet's internal policies, you may be required to verify at the "Extended" or "Advanced" level.
2. You are not eligible to participate if your account has been blocked, restricted, or otherwise limited by Crypto Wallet for any reason under the User Agreement or Crypto Wallet’s internal policies.
3. If Crypto Wallet determines that you have violated the User Agreement between the announcement of your eligibility for the Prize and the disbursement moment, you may be disqualified from receiving the Prize.

Participation

1. To enter the Campaign, participants must post a comment under the dedicated celebratory post in the Telegram communities [Wallet News and Wallet News CIS], containing content (a photo, video, meme, text or other user-generated material) congratulating Crypto Wallet on its birthday (“Content”). The comment must also include the respective hashtag(s) specified in the dedicated celebratory post. 
2. To take part in the Campaign, your Content must celebrate Crypto Wallet’s birthday.
3. To be eligible, participants must submit their Content as a comment under the dedicated post in the relevant Telegram community no later than the Campaign End Date. Any Content submitted after the Campaign End Date will not be considered.
4. Your Content eligible for Prize must not:
   - Contain content that infringes, misappropriates, or violates a third party’s intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy;
   - Violate or encourage any conduct that would violate any applicable law or regulation, or would give rise to civil liability;
   - Be fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive;
   - Be defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive;
   - Promote discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group;
   - Be violent or threatening, or promote violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity;
   - Promote illegal or harmful activities or substances.
5. This list is not exhaustive, and Crypto Wallet reserves the right to update it and remove any inappropriate content at its sole discretion.
6. Crypto Wallet also reserves the right to disqualify or remove any submission that violates these Terms or its internal policies.

Intellectual property

1. By participating in the Giveaway, participants confirm that the submitted Content is original and does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
2. By submitting the Content for participation in the Giveaway, participants grant Wallet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the submitted painting for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to use in the social media of Crypto Wallet.

Prize

1. The total prize pool amounts to eight thousand (8,000.00) USDT. Each winner may receive up to four hundred (400.00) USDT (the “Prize”) from Crypto Wallet. Each participant is eligible to receive only one Prize.
2. Crypto Wallet will select up to ten (10) winners from each Telegram community where the Campaign announcement was shared, for up to twenty (20) winners. Winners will be chosen at Wallet’s sole discretion, based on creativity, originality, and compliance with the Terms.
3. The winners will be announced in a public post on 16 September, 2025.
4. Prizes will be credited to the winners’ Crypto Wallet accounts within 3 calendar days following the public announcement.

Amendments

Crypto Wallet reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Any such changes will take effect immediately upon posting in the relevant communication channels. Continued participation in the Campaign after such posting shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.

Crypto Wallet further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify, or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where fraud, technical failures, or any other factors beyond its reasonable control impair or affect the integrity, security, or proper functioning of the Campaign.

Disclaimer

1. Crypto Wallet is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, delays, errors, or malfunctions of any kind (including but not limited to those relating to internet connectivity, Telegram functionality, device compatibility, or Crypto Wallet services) that may affect a participant’s ability to access or participate in the Campaign, or to receive, claim, or use a Prize.
2. Crypto Wallet makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees, whether express or implied, regarding the Campaign or any Prize, including but not limited to its quality, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Crypto Wallet shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, or expenses of any kind (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising out of or in connection with participation in the Campaign, the awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize, or any other cause related to the Campaign.
